Taylor is already saying he's done at 140 and going to 147. With four belts up for grabs, which no-hopers will the sanctioning bodies line up so that Tank and Teo can win titles at 140? This is the only way either of them were going to win belts at 140. Will either of them be required to fight the best at 140? Or will they feed some hype jobs to them for easy wins?
You the one trolling listing Viktor Postol and who has Prograis beat that makes him so special?
Pedraza was weight drained, Leo and Barrios have no punching power. He struggled with a shot one-footed Gamboa. He's not looking for fights with anyone who poses a serious threat. Waiting for Loma to turn 40, ducking Haney, Garcia, Teo, Taylor. Gonna fight the hype job Rolly if the two of them can avoid being arrested this year. Maybe they can have a prison match.
I think Catterall will be lined up for another shot if Taylor does go up but although he boxed well, I think he did catch Taylor on a bad night and I would fancy a Prograis over Catterall. The more likely possibility is that the Taylor v Catterall fight is run back at 140 and I don't think the sanctioning bodies would object if it is done quickly.
His wins over Postol, Prograis and Ramirez are better than anything Tank has done up to now. Two ducked a rematch with Loma.
Those wins not that impressive.
Pedraza, Barrios, Santa Cruz, Isaac Cruz>
Taylor is a no hoper at 140-47
