Last Time Boxing Had Four Consecutive Weeks of Fights Like We Have From April 16 to May 7?

I rather that fight not take place lol. But we may get Charlo/Castano II in late May and God willing we get Usyk/Joshua II around that time as well. Maybe Crawford vs Thurman in July? Rolly and Tank buildup will be super ghetto and fun as hell. if it’s at mgm in Maryland, the fellas and I might go sans the wives. I could do without Thurman. Lol. But yeah some really good fights this quarter.

April 16 - Spence vs Ugas (Three belts unfication) April 23 - Fury vs Whyte April 30 - Stevenson vs Valdez (unification) May 7 - Canelo vs Bivol Pretty damn stacked four weeks of fights. Also have Taylor vs Serrano, Lubin vs Fundora and likely Ennis vs Clayton in that time period. Boxing is about to pick up in a big way! So true. Takes the sting out of Charlo/Castano 2 being delayed. We can only hope that these fights go off as planned without injury, Covid or drug suspension. I wonder what the odds would be on that quadfecta. Yeah, now we just have to hope all these fights take place. Great stretch of boxing but as we have seen the past few years, what is put on paper means nothing until the fights take place.

Yes, he's fighting on April 9 and I believe that's the date for Lubin/Fundora.....Ennis/Clayton is rumored to be taking place on April 23rd. Just wish all these fights are able to take place and we have no injury pullouts or Covid pullouts.
