How can Floyd be "TBE" when he has never fought outside his hometown/country?

Floyd has fought all of the best and has beaten them all. No one has figured him out. This is not up for debate. Give it up, you bums. The man has been retired for a while and is doing what he wants to do.

I suppose it depends on what criteria you use. Floyd never really challenged himself by fighting outside the US, he also cherry picked and avoided prime fighters. ​​​​​ However, as Floyd and his fans will tell you, he made the most money and went 50-0. In terms of a career trajectory, Floyd was nowhere near other fighters, but the guy knew how to work the game and sell his profile.
