Me personally, I’d argue that he was the greatest Super Featherweight of all time. A lot of high profile wins during those years and that era of his was probably the most fondly remembered.

It's hard to say but it's clear if he campaigned in a division long enough he could have reigned for long time, once you've beaten the best in a division it takes years for new generation to develop.
