IBF should make Hrgovic their mandatory

They need to set a date and find him an opponent , if they can't get a top 10 guy to accept they should just make him mandatory. It's gone on too long now

I know he doesnt deserve it at this point of his career... but just to send a message to those who declined the fight for the mandatory position . . the IBF should automatically give it to Hrgovic if no one in the top 10 will accept the fight.... Can't argue with that opinion. Can't remember the last time a fighter was so blatantly ducked.

Afterward, if they think Hrgovic deserves to be in their top 10, they may as well add Ajagba, that Anderson guy Arum was talking about, and other upcoming fighters. Perhaps one of them would accept to fight Hrgovic since none of the established ones seem interested in either Hrgovic or the IBF mandatory position.

Ultimately, it will come to Zhang and he will most likely accept. I'd think if he wasn't injured Gassiev would have accepted but who knows. Not sure the extent of his broken arm and how long that will take but I can't imagine he'd be ready in time. Would Dempsey McKean accept it? I doubt it but who knows. It would be a heck of a jump up in quality of opposition for the Australian and I imagine he'd get smoked quick. So it will probably be Zhang. I'm at peace with that matchup. One big, stiff power puncher versus another (albeit much different levels). Let's get it on and be done with this circus.
