How come Canelo has stopped 4 times more champions than GGG but GGG is seen by his fans as the better KO artist?

How come Canelo has stopped 4 times more champions than GGG but GGG is seen by his fans as the better KO artist? Should Canelo KO 20 bums to equal GGG? Or does GGG need to catch up with Canelo, by knocking out more than one champ in Lemieux to equal his KO record? come to think of it, even Lemieux was kinda bummish. Because we see it from a scientific approach as to which one without the PED's was a better KO artist. Clenelo Pharmacy man is great with the PED's but without them, we don't really know.
