Wlad has never took an actual sustained beating in any fight ,the worst one i think was Sanders and it was just a few hits a few rounds . I think most of it is Fury fans on here that want to keep his status as great in the limelight after the wilder win but the reality is Klitschko being back not only makes the division much better it also brings unfinished business with Fury should Klitschko decide to go for him and stay away from A.J who’s stylistically not a good match fir him . It’s also the Wilder fans to though , Klitschko coming back also takes Wilder down a notch . Fury, , A.J ,Usyk and Klitschko would be viewed as the top guys ,Wilder maybe a 5th spot if you think he gets over Joyce or Hrgovic which I don’t . I still believe Whyte vs Wilder is a 50/50 . Wilder vs Joyce would be one exciting fight...can wilder crack Joyce's granite chin or will Joyce pound wilder into submission far better than fury ever could ...I'd go with Joyce

I thought you'd be too busy looking for a child rapist/murderer avatar than discussing boxing right now I could see wlad dominating wilder ,beating Joshua and usyk right now tbh if he hasn't lost too much since his last appearance but that's all speculation Of course he has lost to much. id say he was probably showing decline in 2013 or so, even the Fury fight was 2015, we are approaching 2022. He’s done and old. People always say he can if Foreman did. Well Wlad’s style didn’t only rely on power, he was a very cautious fighter that relied on athletic ability, he wasn’t a dancer but he had very good feet for stepping back out of range etc. He wouldn’t have that at 45, so he would be more reliant on power winning fights and we saw early in his career he’s not the best if he’s forced to fight, and that’s when he wasn’t in his 40’s. The style he developed that made him successful in the end is a younger man’s game. Plus Foreman fought mostly bums, had very close fights with guys that couldn’t lace his gloves once over and lost to guys like Tommy Morrison.

No. He couldn’t beat the fighters at the end of his career when he fought them and lost two times. Both fighters improved after that and at 44, Wlad will only have declined massively, so the gap will be even bigger. So no, it would be a stupid idea. He has nothing to prove. He had his time, a great career. He couldn’t beat the top fighters at the end of his career, so he can’t now. And nobody wants to see him come back and lose to other fighters that wouldn’t have been able to lace his gloves. He’ll break Wilder into two and beat kronk Fury into submission. Fury can’t run around anymore. I'm not so sure about fury now however if they had the rematch when scheduled and fury hadn't ducked I believe Wlad would have let his hands go a lot more much like he did vs Joshua Wladimirs a smart guy if Wilder can come up with that feeble body attack and throw fury off in the third fight I'm sure Wlad knew what he had to do which was most likely put himself in danger to land a big shot

Wilder started boxing at 18 - not 25. He turned pro at 23. Apart from that, I agree with your post. I think he destroys kronk Fury as well. You're the first person to ever correct me on that and I knew everytime I said 25 it was shite But hey he turned pro at 23 not much difference and 18 is still far too late to learn boxing Let's face it between 23 when he turned pro up until he fought stiverne a c level fighter at best he was just rolling over cans so that's even more so detrimental to the guy learning anything He just isnt a great heavyweight David Price would have stomped on everyone on wilders resume excluding Luis ortiz and possibly stiverne and looked a lot better doing it too

He should return and fight Wilder. Wilder isn’t a “baby” anymore - he used to be the oldest baby at age 31 with 37 fights according to Shelly Finkel. I’d pick Wlad to spark the bum in the first rd with a hammer right. He probably could do a number on wilder far better than fury ever could but it's beneath him to fight him at any point in time past present or future .. wlad knows wilder was gifted a belt and started boxing at 25 I doubt he would ever have seen wilder as a real threat.. he would also know the reason people are calling wilder the best puncher ever is purely based on hype and money making I can't see wilder landing that right hand on wladimir ,not the full powered full extension one anyways.. Wlad would break wilder down in 6 rounds imo

The bold: Yes. Prior to that fight I have seen all Wlad's fights and none impressed me a bit, with the grappling, hugging, and headlock style. The Joshua fight, tho, was the most admirable and memorable Wlad fight ever, for me. I developed a huge respect for both, with their inner dogs clearly out. On the other hand, I still have yet to see the Fury-Wlad fight, or cannot remember it at all. I don't care about heavyweight boxing or participate in their threads. Just to say that both fighters highly impressed that night. No. DO NOT RETURN. Yeah, it's very rare for a boxer to have a retirement fight where he looked good going to war with the younger lion and almost stopping him, but came up short and passed the torch along the way. It was a like fun, dramatic movie style ending for a boxing career. If an older fighter has a great fight like that, he usually ruins it by coming back and looking like sht. Wlad gave everything he had left. I really want to see that version of AJ back as well, not sure if he still exists anymore though. People talk about how great Fury-Wilder III was and it happened very recently. In time, I believe AJ-Wlad would be ranked higher as the better and more exciting fight.
