This is my top 10 of the division as it stands right now. Any fighter who has been inactive for 12 months or more will not be included.
1. Oleksandr Usyk c WBA, WBO, IBF
2. Tyson Fury c WBC
3. Anthony Joshua
4. Dillian Whyte
5. Deontay Wilder
6. Joseph Parker
7. Michael Hunter
8. Joe Joyce
9. Andy Ruiz Jr.
10. Oscar Rivas
Yes, could be like that. IMO, the atmosphere here, now after big fights, is lot of over and underrating certain boxers and imaginary "wins" and "losses" based on speculations and triangle theories. There are still fights to make to determine who ranks where in this era of HW.
Agreed. Usyk/AJ/Fury still have to decide on who is the best heavyweight and should all be fighting each other. Whyte will likely get a shot, Hunter may fight at heavyweight (could be at bridgerweight next, although the Americas title does not currently recognise the division I believe)...who knows, there could still be time for AJ v Wilder and AJ v Ruiz III and I think Parker could mount another title challenger.
It's just a shame these guys are fighting once or twice a year at most and Fury has yet to fight anyone other than Wilder since his comeback (not counting the journeymen he fought).
