Did last nights fight prove that a the Cruiserweight division needs to expand or that the Bridgerweight division is needed?

I couldn't help but think Wilder was bullied around because he really isn't a modern heavyweight all of the probable PED's he took for the trilogy fight blew him up to a very skinny looking 238 and he was manhandled by a Pale hairy Shrek clone... Feel free to discuss.
