Hello, curious what everyone's thoughts on tonight's meme are.
Evander Holyfield vs. Vitor Belfort (8 Rounds)
I think Belfort carries Holyfield to a decision victory, not wanting to hurt the old man.
Vitor via Decision
Anderson Silva vs. Tito Ortiz (8 Rounds)
Tito is going to get pieced up, could see him getting finished but
Silva via Decision
David Haye vs. Joe Fournier (8 Rounds)
David was talking about gradually bringing the heat to Fournier to make him quit, to show him there's levels to this game, but can't foresee Joe making it past RD 3.
4th RD TKO
Andy Vences vs. Jono Carroll (10 Rounds)
Absolutely no idea.
Carroll via Decision
Just ordered it ,I think it’s not that much considering it’s not above 50 for the other crazy fights and it’s real fighters . I’ll try and drop it but that means Holyfield vs Peter McNeeley is next after Holyfield wins .
Please don’t say such things!!!!
Sounds like insightful comments to me.
Here is what I ponder in the Holyfield vs. Belfort fight, aside from Belfort being called out again for taking PED's. Nothing Evan Fields isn't familiar with.
Anyway, I read many people saying Evander looks terribly slow on the pads. Personally, I don't think Holyfield cared much about this televised moving around the ring and hitting pads. It was advertised as a final workout but was nothing more than going through the motions for both fighters.
What I wonder about is, why would De La Hoya, a much lighter guy, think he could whip Belfort? He must have seen something or simply felt Vitor didn't have the necessary skills to keep up with him in the boxing ring, even though Vito can crack. And if Oscar figured he could beat Vitor, I imagine Evander and his corner must think they have a damn good chance at it themselves. Especially if they are serious about challenging Mike Tyson again for real. It would be tragic to see Holyfield succumb to father time or get hurt.
I'm going to say Evander pulls it off after he has a boxing flashback to his more athletic years.
Silva looked slick against Chavez Jr. and I think he takes Ortiz over the disatance.
David Haye should TKO Fournier somewhere inside the distance.
Carroll vs Vences I'm with you. No idea. Carroll via dec sounds good I say shrugging my shoulders.
That’s because your not on Triller your on thriller , when you get on the Triller you get the thriller .
Are you Trillers director of Marketing and Advertising? Who the f...
16 minutes of pure holding between Vitor and Holyfield.
Silva vs Tito might have a snap of action. Not to thrilled about this one
Highlight of the night will very likely be Trump commentating.
It’s the only way they get that sanctioned. You can’t expect much from a non boxer and a guy out of the ring fir a decade but it should provide an explosive fight with those rules .
I think you need to REALLY read what you said.
Two
Eight Minute Rounds
Lol
I didn’t get much into it because there’s a lot of crying about it on here . Ha
If posters are so against it don’t watch it ., I look forward to this one , 2 eight minute rounds is not a lot fir elite athletes, posters act like they are on their death beds .
2 EIGHT MINUTE ROUNDS? SHEEEEESH
I guess I understand why people are upset, legacy of the sport is kind of being tarnished right now...
I have a poll up already go vote .
im taking Holyfield stoppage and Tito UD in a possible controversy decision .
I only looked at the first page to see if there was any relevant threads, my apologies!
