Why was Lara Warrington 2 declared a Technical Draw instead of a No Decision or No Contest?

Can anyone explain this to me? Stanionis Collazo was a ND after almost going the minimum 4 rounds. Franco Moloney 2 was a ND after the "accidental headbutt" Boots Van Heerden was a ND after accidental butt in the 1st round. Of course there are more examples but these are the most recent ones I remember. If there as any others the past year or two feel free to add them. So why does Lara get another blemish on his record? Just because it's in the UK?
