Should Wilder move on from Fury?

- -Fury/Wilder past it's sell date now. Nobody wants to see either in the ring ever again, but unfortunately we will witness that...

I have said since the arbitration was won by Wilder, that Fury would not fight him. I called it that the fight on July 24th would not happen and I have said the same about the fight on October 9th. Fury started talking **** on Twitter and was getting murdered in the comments. So what does he do? Posts stuff about his daughter in the ICU and other stuff that you would be an A$$ if you made a negative comment on. He does not want to risk getting beat by Wilder and potentially miss out on over 100 million fighting AJ. So he has painted himself into a corner. He needs an excuse that would both garner sympathy AND make it seem like he's not ducking. Stepping away from boxing (retiring) because of his daughters health is perfect. It fits the bill. I have seen through this fraud for years now but a lot of you are just waking up. And for those of you who think he is above using his daughter's health to stop a fight, remember, he just faked Covid to push the same fight back. 0 title defenses No fights in 2 years Steroids cheat Fraud champion It's not dissimilar to his mental health claims. He could have been a drugs cheat who was worried about the rematch with Klitschko. Instead he became an advocate for mental health. He'll now become an advocate for children's hospitals. He's an influencer who occasionally fights. Which is a shame, because he can fight. And it's a shame because people actually pay attention to what social media influencers say rather than do. And no, I don't think he's below using his daughter for his own ends. Anything goes with Fury.

If Wilder was intelligent or had intelligent advise given to him he would have just let Fury and the AJ fight play out sign a contract to get the immediate winner and fight the undisputed. Wilder however is plagued by a giant ego . This is what I thought too. Had I been in his position, I imagine I would have negotiated a step aside fee and a binding agreement that I get the winner of the AJ/Fury fight with whatever terms were important to me. I'm not Wilder and I don't have his priorities so I won't criticize him for his decision. Wilder might as well continue to pursue the Fury fight. If Fury bails again then perhaps he can get the WBC to strip him and fight Whyte (a winnable fight for either man but I'd slightly favor Wilder). As for Fury, nothing would really surprise me nor would I put anything past him.

I heard thru some exclusive channels that Team Fury is possibly POST-PONING the fight yet again. This time because apparently Tyson's baby is in poor health. I pray and hope the baby is ok and I understand its a terrible situation to be in for a father............ BUUUT: As a selfish boxing fan, I just wanna see my guy Wilder fight ok? Should he move on from Fury? Or just wait and wait with these endless postponements until he is 40? EDIT: We also dont know if there is actually anything wrong, this could be just another heinous lie just like the covid one was... If that is true then to me it means that Fury doesn't want the fight, period. Repeated stall tactics are not coincidental. The question is what would be Fury's motive?

Of never seen flat gloves like fury’s in that Wilder fight. I watched Ortiz tee off on Wilder and Wilder not go down. I’ve also seen plenty of fury fights. He has Maliggnagi power, something wasn’t right that fight. And Tyson running from this rematch stinks of it. Hell Tyson hit Wilder plenty on the first fight and didn’t even phase him. Wake up guys. I know he's technically limited, but he fights with so much passion. On to your post, I think Wilder should take a tune up to test his new skill set, but I think at some point in the next year or so he needs the Fury fight to get his pre-loss confidence back.

Would he fake am issue with his child to get what he wants? Maybe. Would he use a real family issue as an excuse to get what he wants? Probably. Could it all just be real? Absolutely. But there's always something with Fury. Whether it's his mental health, boar bollocks, injury, COVID, family issues. Maybe he's just really unlucky. But it's amazing that his bad luck seems to exclusively kick in when he's got a contractual rematch he doesn't want because he's holding the belt. The fight obviously never happens. I've been saying it since the arbitration result. If Fury doesn't want it, he won't do it. Yet I don't know that it's worth Wilder moving on. He probably gets a vacant belt shot eventually. He might get financial reparations. As a minimum, he might stop Fury setting foot in a ring again, which I suspect he'd quite like. What's his alternative? Coming back the hard way?

Actually Wilder camp might put Dillian Whyte as a replacement and petition WBC to strip Fury and make it Title Fight. Id love to see that! DW vs DW! Both got knock out power and it would be an exciting fight. Fury been holding the belt hostage long enough

No because who would he fight? I’d rather see Fury III than Stiverne or Ortiz III.
