I think Spence realized Manny would be able to use Toradol so he didn’t want to risk fighting a juiced up opponent with him having an eye injury. Don’t know why the manny’s Crawford fight fell through. I think spence followed floyd advise back out of the pac fight if he's not atleast 101% ready against pac.
