Is Ugas being VADA tested??!!

i dont see you going into the floyd fans thread when asked about manny and vada testing. it takes a community to fix a problem. I don't care about floyd. He is not fighting. What I remember about the whole mess was, manny didn't want to test because he was afraid of needles. Which was acceptable if, and only if, his tattoos were fake. I don't think they are.
