In my opinion this is the best way to resolve the longstanding issue boxing has had with either biased or corrupt judges.
Putting the spotlight on judges opens them up to scrutiny and places pressure on them to score accurately and fairly.
Judges have such a pivotal role in boxing, but apart from nametags nobody REALLY knows who they are, and they've never had to justify themselves when a fighter has been hard done, which is totally unfair given the preparation boxers go through in each training camp.

- -Better to the Commish and joint ABC org prezes responsible for the officiating to announce the scores in front of fans.
They won't because the humiliation would be crushing...
They should be interviewed after a controversial card. Have them questioned on why/how they produced such a strange card.
I agree but we all know most are “payed for” puppets.
That really won't solve anything.
In an ideal world, sanctioning bodies are supposed to investigate controversial decisions and either reprimand judges found to be incompetent or outright ban/sue judges found to be fixing matches for financial gain.
Unfortunately, high profile fights have so much money riding in them that judges can be swayed to score fights based on personal interest and it would be very hard to prove that there is any foul play involved.
What's the difference? we see their scorecard after the fight anyway and even when there is one as terrible as the Byrd card in the Canelo-GGG fight, they face ZERO repercussions.
They need to just go back to having the referee score the fights on his own. he has the best view of all the action and the punishment the punches are doing on the opposing fighters.
The judging in every major fight that goes the distance is a disgrace to the sport
I like this - they should be part of the press conference or something
Exactly man, they can at least try to explain/justify their scorecards then.
It’s the fact a judge can produce a shocking card then just fade into the darkness with zero repercussions that really annoys me.
