Who Wins if Teofimo and Loma rematch?

Why not, it may happen. I think the Lopez vs Loma rematch is one of the most intriguing fights of the next future, if it's done. Very well said man, the rematch will be huge and needs to happen asap and not when Loma gets too old.

This fight can go either way. Teo SHOULD win but he’s young and dumb fking around outside of the ring. That is a point I tried making earlier in this chain also, I question Teofimo's dedication ever since he beat Loma, Seems like he has gotten a little too big-headed and I am not sure if he is as dedicated and disciplined as before.

Either Lopez starts even faster and TKOs Lomachenko within 5, or Loma decides to fight from the beginning and TKOs Lopez within 10. Right, but I really doubt Loma can TKO Teo, it's possible but I don't see that happening.

you need help, try and see people as human beings not just different races man I agree, sometimes boxing fans take it too far with the whole race thing. I just see what fighters bring to the ring and enjoy the beautiful sport as much as I can in that respect.

Teo doesn't like fighting backing up and he doesn't know how to fight on the inside. Loma and his team have to take advantage of that but of course, easier said than done. Teo is always dangerous and can end the fight with one punch. Probably 60-40 or 55-45 fight in favor of Teo right now but I'd like to see Loma get more fights at lightweight to even out the odds. I mean the thing here is lately, Loma ha been really precise on the inside and can really confuse Teo because Loma is so precise on the inside, What Loma did on the inside against Nakatani was great on the inside and if Teo tries countering the power won't be so strong because Loma's glove in Teo's face would get Teo off balance a lot because Loma's inside work is so consistent. I mean this is why I think Loma wins the rematch, since he won't give rds away, Loma will outpoint Teo But Teo seen Loma attack and pretty much went with it. By that time, it was Teo who was doing all the work so Loma was the ''fresher'' of the 2. It will be hysterical if tables turn where Teo doesn't do shlt for 7 rds :lol1:

I'd bet on Lomachenko but I wouldn't be confident about it, Lopez is a monster Yeah, I got the rematch 55/45, Loma winning. But facts, Teo is a monster and the rematch will be great, we need it!

Usually, the winner wins a rematch (barring robberies and if the 1st fight wasn't a fluke) In this case, I think it will be a tougher fight but I see Teo winning. Except when it's Ali . . . Ali-Frazier; Ali-Norton; Ali-Spinks. Lost the second half of all three and won the rematches. Loma freezes up again. Doesn't like being hit and Lopez isn't 'wowed' by Loma's supposedly superior skills like he suspose to be - Lopez will probably even score a KD this time and an easier decision. That's a big possibility, yet I HIGHLY doubt Loma freezes up again.

Teo is a great fighter... But Loma will do circles around him and will be what Loma can be... Teo doesn't have the tools to "Box" him... Little chance of clipping him with a good one but that's about it .. Loma UD ... Like a 8-4 win ... :cool: Interesting breakdown. Lopez is gonna flatten him if he decides to throw punches early. He knew that Then and knows it now. He felt something early he didn’t like and none of us were in the ring to know what he felt. He starts earlier and gets stopped. Lopez isn’t nakatani. He’s faster, more accurate and an accurate counter puncher. But if it makes you guys feel better then have at it lol.

I really think the first fight was a fluke and a serious miscalculation by Loama, taking off the first 6 rounds. He was snapping Teo's head back from round 7 on. I think it's an easy win for Loma in a rematch. We can think what we want, it is all Loma's fault for standing around just looking at Teo being inactive for so long. With ALL of Loma's experience in amateurs that everyone looves to emphasize, he should have known better on what to do and not waste away the first half of the fight and throw a couple punches, that all falls on Loma. It was a fair win for Teo. But, I still got Loma for the win in the rematch. I still got it a close fight though.

I agree. Teo will be just as determined as Loma. He also still has many big advantages, such as reach, explosive power and more of an understanding in who he is dealing with in Loma now, after the first fight. I think Loma is the more skilled fighter but Teo is big, explosive, long and powerful….and he will be determined. The first time they fought I picked Loma but I knew it would be a very difficult fight. In this second fight I pick Loma to win but he’s got some pretty hefty obstacles to overcome in order to win this fight. My reasoning for picking Loma is simply because of his skills and odd, difficult to time fighting style and his skill set…and feet. Yeah I agree, Lopez won, it was Loma's fault for being idle just standing there there first half of the fight. We need this rematch man.

it was a draw, watch the damn fight and make your own opinion instead of going on what people on the forum say and just agreeing with them. have your own opinion for once Loma is Caucasian, Lopez isnt. It's as simple as that for you.................
