Yesterday I ran a Davis vs Garcia poll and the majority thought it would be an easy fight for Tank. Well, then how does this fight go? Lomachenko looked really good vs Nakatani and hardly lost a second of the fight.
At 135, who ya got?
Oh! You mean the same guy who lost to a journeyman with a 42-12 record and young titleholder with only 15 professional prizefights. Oh Ok, I get it! :lol1:
Oh, you mean in his 2nd pro fight and still landed more punches and almost stopped the guy late? Yeah, that guy. :dunce:
Tank relies on one or two punch combos and his power
He is a prefect opponent for Loma, lomas volume would get to him
Thing is, Tank isn't just a Nicolas Walters type.
He's a boxer (style) with welterweight power.
It'll definitely be a chess match and at some point, in my opinion, Lomachenko is going to get caught but against Tank, it's a totally different event than when Linares or Teofimo caught him.
Amateur record, pro record and the eye test. Thanks for askingOh! You mean the same guy who lost to a journeyman with a 42-12 record and young titleholder with only 15 professional prizefights. Oh Ok, I get it! :lol1:
At this point, I got Tank being the cream of the top of boxers weighing between a 126-140 lbs and those fighters includes both Teofimo Lopez and Vasiliy Lomachenko as well.
Loma has only had 17 professional fights and already he has 2 losses. While on the other hand, Gervonta Davis has had more than 25 bouts and still remains undefeated.
Lmao at your ignorance. Tank has fought a bunch of smaller fighters or straight club fighters, of course he's undefeated. Loma has fought almost exclusively world champions and both of his 'losses' were dead close fights. Don't believe me? Ask any boxing expert in the world and look who's in the P4P list and who isn't.
So he knocked out a straight forward brawler and somehow that means he would beat both P4P ranked guys with many assets? Got it

Meanwhile, Tank has a hard time getting to basic Mexican fighters that he exclusively faces lol Yeah, right
You saw the Gary Russel Jr. fight with Loma and GRJr is a lot better fighter than Davis. He is? Based off what?
Well I am sorry to inform you but this is an open and public forum. So if you don't want anybody responding to you then just don't post shit! It's that plain and simple.
Also, Davis knocked out a man who was at least two weight divisions higher than himself which was Mario "El Azteca" Barrios. Therefore, Tank would kick both loma's and Teofimo's ass as well.
So that's the reason why Lomachenko was running away from Lopez for seven rounds because he hits harder than Tank? You're insane.
Lastly, my assessments are based on reason and intellect fanboy. You play that stupid skin game shit. I don't.

Loma, would end up get himself rocked, hurt and knocked out; If he even so much as fancied the idea of pressing Gervonta Davis.
Tank's punching power is no joke. Moreover, I believe that Davis is the naturally larger and stronger of the two men too. Lomachenko is just a blown up featherweight fighting at two least weight divisions above his natural weight class.
You saw what Tank did to another blown up little guy in Leo Santa Cruz when he pressured him. He knocked him out cold with a single, vicious one punch left uppercut.

loma's norma style leaves himself open. his speed usually lets him get away with it. with lopez he was scared to throw too much just becuase lopez put on a bit of pressure.
i think loma will be afraid to throw much with davis as well and if he gets caught big i think he gets stopped
The last time loma fought a guy shorter than him with elite level skills was rigo and he got completely outclassed. Tank does not have the power jab that teo does to keep loma from getting in on the inside. Tank approaches you with a squared guard trying to walk you down. Without a power jab, loma would pick him apart.
Did u just compare Rico’s power to Tank?
Lol Funny how each spin you have with Lopez with the advantage, yet he got touched up badly by Loma in the 2nd half of the fight. he definitely lost all rounds 7-12 with the exception of rd. 12, maybe. So, according to you, Loma only lost because of his 1st half inactivity, which I happen to agree. But I think it was because of the injury (as they have said) and you think he was just afraid to get countered. But, ask yourself this, why would he go all out in the 2nd half of the fight like a switch went on if he was so scared of being 'countered' by the bigger, stronger guy? Get a clue and be honest about the fact that you're just a hater.
Because Lopez blew his load early. Lopez had never gone 12 rounds in his career. That is what lomachenko was banking on. It’s not rocket science. I don’t understand how you guys want us to believe he was injured for rounds 1-6 and healed during the fight for rounds 7-12. I dislocated my shoulder and it popped back in place. I know what the shit feels like. I never got surgery and still today it bothers me so I know shoulder injuries.
What does Nakatana not landing punches have to do with Lopez having him scared sh**less. I think 98% of this site(including me, do a search) picked him to win on saturday. I'm not understanding the celebration of Tank or Lomachenko winning when anyone with a fully functioning brain picked both of them to win. If you're hurt, keep yo azz home. If he was as hurt as he claim he was, he wouldn't have been throwing from rounds 7-12. The same with keith thurman getting surgeries after every fight to hold the WW division hostage when he had 2 belts. So by the standards you are presenting, Loma struggled with Pedraza, Tank damn near decapitated him, so then Tank beats Loma rather easily right?
In boxing, we don't use the "he beat him easier" approach to determining a match. They already fought. Lopez is fast, bigger, stronger, and has more power. If Loma decides to stand an trade, he's gong to sleep early and he knows it.. That loss last year really f'd yall up lol

A hard time is Loma going the distance with Luke Campbell bruh.
The one where Loma won almost every round against a much bigger fighter and almost knocked him out? Oh, okay. Got it.
