PBC Belt prophesier Ryan O'Hara claims Bud Crawford will fight Jose Zepeda

I just think he could use a little more seasoning. I feel like he still rushes his work a bit. He has a very bright future IMO. Definitely agree he rushes his work at times and that is what led to the head butt against Van Heerden. But against Lipinets he seemed more in control and didn't come with the same reckless and had a great performance. Remember when I was telling you Lopez beats Lomachenko and at this point he was unproven against the top fighters in his weight class? I feel the same with Ennis. He is LIVE right now vs Spence and Crawford and Pacquiao. Ugas will teach him a few things, but I'd still favor Ennis and I feel like that would be a great fight for him to get ready for the top WWs.

Damn, I hope not but I could 100% see it happening. Chons a quality fighter and you could make a case he should be unbeaten except for the shoulder injury against Turbo (and I'm 90% sure he woulda beaten Terry had he been able to continue) but he's got no hope against Bud. Have we any solid reports he's planning to move up or struggling to make 140? It'd be a shame I think cos whilst there's still good fights for him at 140 I ain't sure he can hang at 147. The worst thing for me is this fight does nothing for Zepeda IMO. Feels like he’s just being sacrificed to Crawford which is a shame because Zepeda would be highly competitive with anyone at 140.

I think Ugas vs Thurman makes the most sense. People would prefer that to Thurman vs Porter II I wouldn’t tbh. Thurman-Porter 2 is a far more exciting matchup stylistically IMO. I’d like to see Ugas get a big name though. I was thinking maybe Danny Garcia if he stays at 147.

Honestly man, he shouldn't be held back at all. Ugas as tricky and good but Boots may be special. He's ready for damn near anyone. If Spence beats Pac then he and Bud better fight because these young guns are coming. They will ruin a lot of plans if things continue to drag out. I just think he could use a little more seasoning. He does better numbers than Mikey who is essentially a free agent going to the highest bidder for a specific fight. Crawford's gates surpass what Fury did in Vegas in fights not including Wildee and his gates are much better than Lomachenko's. He does good TV ratings as well. Crawford can be a free agent and pull it off. Ok you make fair points I just don’t think he can do it right now.

Ennis shouldn’t rush in to fighting a tricky guy like Ugas as well IMO, not saying he wouldn’t or couldn’t win but if I was his manager I’d want him get a little more experience first. Yup. Only positive is IMO Zepeda beat Ramirez but didn’t get the decision because Ramirez was in his hometown. I don’t see this as a tough fight. Crawford needs to win and then not re-sign with TR, sign with PBC and start fighting the top WW’s. Or even become a free agent. Something needs to change there.....

Prograis is PBC, first… Bob loves Mexican events. Of course he’d do Ramirez. Ramírez has more stock than Zepeda, so he’ll be on reserve for Crawford. In the meantime, he can build Zepeda and then Ramírez for Crawford. Easy money for Top Rank Prograis is not PBC. In fact, both he and Mikey want to fight each other next. DAZN still has the right to match any offer Mikey gets in his next fight. So if that fight happens, I bet it is on DAZN. Arum won't do this since he doesn't want to risk a loss, but he should make a play for Mikey vs Bud here. Could do good commercial business and Mikey is obviously a good name. But that only happens if Bud signs an extension. ​​​​

Can’t say we didn’t see it coming. Crawford needs to sign with PBC or at least put himself in a position were he can work with PBC like Pac is doing. Bob is the GOAT when it comes to boxing promoters but he simply can’t deliver him a big fight at 147. It’s been 3 years now and the biggest fight he’s had was against a past prime Amir Khan. A potentially ATG fighter is literally wasting his prime years.

It will not be Prograis or Ramirez, Bob ain't paying for that shit. It will be Zepeda or someone worse
