Cody Crowley vs Gabriel Maestre. Is this fight even happening? Rescheduled a 2nd time, on the books for a future rematch or 3rd change?

Does anyone know anything about this fight? It was supposed to be on the Figueroa Nery card, now it's on the Charlo Montiel card but I can't find any info or weigh-in footage or anything. Likely it's not happening for those previously stated reasons and if you look on his boxrec: https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/691371 it shows this fight lined up for August on the Casimero Rigo undercard in Carson. I doubt they'd have a rematch already scheduled for a fight that hasn't even taken place. That's journeyman-level stuff generally. it's an interesting matchup. Canadian prospect who fought no one of note and mostly known for sparring with Floyd I think? Against a standout Venezuelan amateur on the fast track Loma style program. I necro'd up some old thread to quote BigZ about this since he's the guy I'd most expect to have some sort of comment on it but no reply so I'm just going to make this thread to talk about it. So des anyone have any info or thoughts about this?
