Do people realise that there were two betting markets in this fight? Mayweather by KO/TKO/DQ and Paul the same? That means that every single person who bet on this fight lost. And this totalled multi-millions of pounds. The market changed around one week before the fight, and all bets on the fight going the distance were voided. NOBODY WON! Reevaluate your thoughts on this "fight" Absolute joke. Fortunately, I saw this coming, and never bet on this. Never trust an exhibition.
I have skybet, willhill, ladbrokes, and more, and you couldn;t. You could on all before the rules changed.
You 100% could, I was looking at the odds over the few days before & it was on there!!
Yeah those Joshua stans are a weird bunch  I would never make those sort of bets. I purposely went on oddschecker to see what sort of betting odds they had on Paul.
The one that caught my attention was Arias beating Hurd but I chickened out, when I found out that he won I was kicking myself.
I've chickened out on a few great bets in my time too.
The odds in England were 1-8, sounds crap, but I've known people bet £1000-£5000 on Joshua winning at 1-14 before. People with money load up on bets like these.

£100 wins you £111. Crappy odds.

First of all, this scenario is absolutely insane because Amazon owns almost half of the casino action happening in this world.
I know Amazon isn’t going to risk being the third largest generator of revenue in the entire free world to fix a fight.
But let’s explore this scenario anyway.
The casinos make more money not fixing the fight the way you describe in all but one scenario.
If the fight goes the distance, and it wasn’t a fix, they make the most money. That’s because they don’t pay out and they have to share any of the profits with the fighters or promoters.
If Mayweather won, they still make more money than fixing the fight and sharing the profits. That’s because a small percentage of the betting public took this bet. I believe only 14-percent of the betting public bet on Mayweather.
If Paul won, which wasn’t going to happen, the casinos would have taken a loss.
You really think Amazon was going to get into a criminal conspiracy just in case Logan Paul won by knockout?
This is just idiotic Floyd fans trying to create criminal conspiracy to protect the ego of their lord and idol, Floyd is more honest than these people and gave honest statements that he is old now and fight did not go as expected. Even during fight, Floyd was saying to his coach that it is difficult to jab this guy.
Floyd fans whole belief system has collapsed after that fight and now absurd conspiracy theories are the last resort for such spineless people. Worldwide criminal conspiracy is their laughable excuse now.

You just aren't getting it.
On Skybet you could bet on the fight going the distance or not

Again, what did Mayweather gain by not knocking out Logan Paul?
There’s no answer.
The only potential answer out there was a bet.
I had heard people say that he held Paul up because he bet on the fight to go the distance.
But I’m quoting your words and research:
”not a single person won by betting on this fight.”
So that answer is out, apparently.
I hope you give me an actual answer instead of saying I should be feeling paranoid for a reason I can’t figure out.
You are not understanding the bet. No member of the public won, but the betting companies, promoters, and boxers were in on it and they all shared the pie. That's why in the week of the fight, all bets of the fight going the distance were voided. This is a fact.
What does Floyd Mayweather gain by not knocking Logan Paul out?
They both gained. As did many others. it was not an official fight. If the fact that not a single person won by betting on this fight does not set alarm bells off for you, then I don't know what else to say.
Nobody won... except for Floyd.

Finally, someone who gets it. I don't work in boxing, or in betting, but I know the betting market as a better of 20 years, I know boxing as a fan of 30 years, and I know the entertainment industry as I have worked in it for fifteen years and it's shady as F***
I mean we saw Floyd land some clean shots and Paul just held right after. He was coached and trained well. Being an all state wrestler is a damn good accomplishment and that means he could have competed in a D1 college if he chose to. Paul would clinch the hell out of Floyd and used that wrestling background perfectly.
I'm sure a slight minority won and the rest lost. No question about that. But I just feel like people throw out Floyd as being TBE or the greatest but act like he is the same version that fought Canelo or is some sort of big puncher. He's just not that. If Floyd took boxing serious still and trained how he did when he fought actual boxers? Then MAYBE he has a chance to hurt guys like Paul and would be a lot sharper, but that's not what he is at this point. Give him a fight against a real boxer where he knows there is a threat of him getting hurt or losing? Then he would actually train like a dog and try to win. But now he's just a small old former great fighter that occasionally hits the gym.
nobody won betting on the fight. There was no market on the fight going the distance. That's what I'm against. That's why I am skeptical. Nobody won. 0 People won betting on this fight. That can't stand. it's boxing, there has to be a winning market.
Your points are valid. But it is a fact, that nobody won betting on this fight, and that multi-millions of pounds were spent. That isn't fair. There has to be a winning market for every bet.
Logan is a big, strong, tough dude, but there was no market on this fight going the distance. There was up until around one week before the fight, but all of those bets placed were voided, so nobody won betting on this fight, and that can't just be accepted. I didn't bet on this as I saw it coming, but as a regular better, I can accept betting and losing, but not betting and losing on something that has potentially no winning market. It reeks of fixed.

Floyd's coach predicted a KO within five rounds, I wonder if he put his money where his mouth is.
No way. He would have known fine well what was going to happen. What people say, and what people really think, and what they really know, don't always match up.
Anyone that bet on a fight that says "No declared winner" unless there is a KO needs their heads checked. I purposely went to betting sites and just laughed when i saw the odds, Paul was 37-1 to stop Mayweather. And we all know that wasn't going to happen even though he was a lot bigger than TBE.
You are correct in theory, Ray, but the fact is, multi-millions of pounds in bets were placed.
