Depends on what your criteria is for ATG. Some view moving up weight more highly. Others think longevity should be rewarded. There just weren’t many ATGs in Pacquiao’s era. I think Breadman said he’d have a case for GOAT if he beat Crawford so beating Spence can’t be too far behind.
SRL has the prototypical quality over quantity resume. It's literally insane. Manny has the impressive rise through weights but wins are wins and SRL got those at the highest level.
