Why aren't female boxers marketed with the same level of sex appeal as female MMA fighters?

I think one of the reasons female MMA is much more popular than female boxing is that MMA promotions tend to promote the sex appeal of the fighters more or maybe better than for female boxers. MMA is far from a sport. It only manages to captivate the otherwise ignorant fanbase for a brief moment similar to how we would all stop in the street to watch a bum fight.

becaue in boxing fighters actually fight. its their full time job. female mma is part time fighting, part-time stripping. most of them have onlyfans too. its not a real sport two different kinds of athletes and mindsets. there have been cases when female mma fighters fcked referees before the fight to get favourable treatment. they also sleep with judges in case the fight goes to scorecards. it's very common never have happened in female boxing

There have been hot moments like that from women's boxing weigh ins. Young, athletic females stripping down to their undies in an emotionally charged atmosphere is inherently sexy. The difference between the 2 sports is that in MMA, you know there's a good chance of seeing those hot, athletic girls rolling around on the floor trying to force each other into submission. That's something you will never see in a female boxing match, unfortunately.
