Can Canelo call Charlo's bluff already?

“F--- the money, f--- the fame, f--- the networks,” Charlo said in an Instagram post. “I’ll lose my title and go to 168, make the fight happen now.” Could this even be a possibility if Canelo were to call his bluff and say ok we can fight but I get 100% and you get nothing. I mean this is what Charlo is saying right, "f the money", he just wants to make the fight. So if Canelo were to say ok, could this even happen like this? I think that'd be great for Canelo to call his bluff, take 100%, kick his ass, and leave him with nothing lol
