...who doesn't sit in a chair to join the main players.
He keeps a low profile with very little money in his pocket.
Yet he hopes to win big by betting small change here and there...
I already told you the term, its called a "railbird"
I personally refer to them & all slot/chance players as "peasants" because they're going against the house, unlike hold em which is player v player
Thanks man. Gambling is a game of chance, so they're all basically chance players, big or small.
Not all bystanders in a casino are the same. Some just watch for entertainment and don't make bets
regardless of how much they have in their pockets.
The one I'm looking closely for is a regular bystander with very little capital, yet wants to earn big.
As opposed to a big-time gambler who always comes with big capital, ie, more money, more chances of winning.
Anyways, since there's none currently, we might as well use "railbird" for anyone with the description described.
Thanks doe. But we need to come up with a new word in English.
Can't believe it doesn't have a term for it that pertains to boxing, or not.

My wife, who is of another descent, has a term for it in their language. "Miron."
