It's obvious from that video that Porter knows Bud doesn't want it(Bud strategic ducking because Porters too high risk,low reward) & that he doesn't want to shame Bud too much because they know Bud gets to pretty much fight whomever he wants due to WBO,so the Porters don't want to burn bridges, especially with Bud whos a friend I don't know about any ducking, but I'm just not sure what Bud has planned for next if it isn't Pacquiao. Time is ticking and if he is to fight twice this year, he needs to get a fight signed soon. Just thought it would be perfect for him to fight Porter and Spence to fight Ugas and then both (if they won their fights) to face off end of the year.

Hes been saying Porter could file a form & automatically be sent to purse bid,& that Ortiz getting upgraded to #1 was supposedly because Porter didn't want the fight,& or didn't file that form. SECTION 14. SUPER CHAMPIONS (a) It is the policy of the World Boxing Organization to encourage its Champions to pursue recognized status as undisputed World Champions and to unify the Championships of the four major world sanctioning organizations (the WBO, WBA, WBC and IBF).
