It seems lost to posters' on this forum that BJS is a natural LHW who cuts down to the middleweights to fight smaller men and Canelo is a natural welterweight.
I am not sure a decision win over Canelo is such a big deal; this guy has Gerald McCellen written all over him - "I'll just cut down in weight, rehydrate, and then beat smaller men.
I would like to see how he would fare with an old fashion same day weight-in.
P.S. I am not in anyway referencing the tragedy.
He was over 20 you cumguzzling hoer. He just wasn't juicing then and he does NOT look anorexic then he he wouldn't look anorexic now.
The only thing solidified is that cocktail sausage in your pants talking about how solid Canelo is. 5'8" smw, the kid is juiced you c0csucking cheerleader.
yeaa...you definitely gotta be from the UK. Bozo.
At 140 sure, but he was a man at 147 into his 20's. Your natural weight is in your 20's.
Doesn't look anorexic here at 147 now does he? Just looks NOT juiced up.
Owned, time to bend a knee and lick my boots you shethouse poster.

lol
Congrats Bozo, you showed a fight from 10 years ago when canelo was 19/20 yrs old and still growing into his body and gaining muscle LOL.
Hes a grown 30 year old man now and solidified as a natural MW/Super MW. He would look like a prisoner of war if he tried to make 147 at this point in his life.
Ya Dumb F*K
How do you know that, did you take a peak? When in the locker room you're not suppose to look.
Umm I think its Pretty common knowledge 15 year old boys are still going through puberty. But ok.
LOL, he turned pro at like 15 he was still going through puberty.

Taller maybe, but Canelo's frame is much wider. Kind of like a choad on two legs.
Alvarez is muscle upon muscle, his frame is not that of a natural middle weight or super middle weight.
Saunders is naturally bigger, but he is not a big middle weight.
Thinking back to fighters like Chirs Eubank Senior, Nigel Benn, Steve Collins, Michael Watson 'Look at those guys at middle-weight compared to Alvarez, clearly bigger guys 'And did not have the muscle upon muscle physique'.
What I mean by a muscle upon, muscle physique is exactly what it states.
Alvarez as he has moved up in weight, has resembled a body builders physique, which is muscle upon muscle 'This has happened, because he does not have a middle weight frame'.
Anthony Joshua also has a muscle upon, muscle frame 'Wladimir Kiltachko at 240 pounds flat when they fought, looked like the naturally bigger man' and Lennox Lewis was probably bigger than both of them.
I don't agree Saunders is a natural LHW. He is a natural MW. He's just too lazy to make 160. Look at him today weigh in at 167 and he looks soft and with a proper cut he could drop those 7 pounds. Compare Kieran Conway at 154 and he looks almost bigger than Saunders at 167. That's a proper weight cut.
Canelo isn't a natural WW he was boxing at lighter weights because he turned pro at 15. His body was still growing. Even at his 155 catch-weight he was re-hydrating 15-20 pounds post weigh-in. He looked like a skeleton against Floyd who dragged him down to 152.
Saunders is the taller guy not the bigger guy here. He's just a lazy slob too unprofessional to maintain himself at the correct fighting weight.
Saunders is naturally bigger than Alvarez, whether that be height or mass.
Alvarez is muscle upon muscle, Saunders is clearly naturally bigger.

It's funny but the pic you have posted ( which might be distorted by camera angle) makes BJ look larger that Canelo.
But true Canelo is a very thick looking fighter. I suspect it's how Dempsey looked to opponents 100 years ago.
No I have no interest in the fight won't even watch. I'm a boxing history geek. Pretty much stopped watching in the 1990s.
I just don't like these day before weight-ins with a 10 pound rehydration limit. I believe it creates mismatches and puts fighters in danger.
I will up front say if Canelo comes in over 170 and BJS comes in under 175 then I am completely wrong.
But if Canelo comes in at 167 and BJ at 177 I'm going to think I m correct.
Canelo was coming to the ring over 170 when he was fighting at JMW man (was reported at 172 vs Trout and 174 vs Angulo)... most of the top dudes at 154 do TBH. He actually probably doesn't come in now a whole lot heavier than he did when he was fighting at 155, he just rehydrates less.
We can certainly agree on the principle that we'd both rather see all fights contested between guys of equal weight however. In this case I doubt there'll be a huge amount in it.
A natural Welterweight? When he was 15 maybe.:lol1:
Both are now fully mature physically and have reached an age where trying to play weigh games starts to be counter productive. Both are - at 30 and 31 years old - natural SMWs who will probably rehydrate to somewhere in the mid to high 170s.
It seems lost on you that dudes tend to gain mass and have more difficultly cutting weight as they get older. Seems more like you're just trying to cover bases in case Canelo somehow loses. I shouldn't worry. He won't.
That said I too am in favour of same day weigh-ins, in fact I'd go further and say they should step between the ropes at the same weigh limit... although of course this is probably impracticable since it'd lead to too many cancellations or postponements.

Both are now fully mature physically and have reached an age where trying to play weigh games starts to be counter productive. It's almost a standard progression in North American boxing for dudes who start in their teens to go up a division or two in their early to mid 20s as they fill out and then another division at around age 30 when they went cut becomes more difficult. Both Canelo and Saunders are - at 30 and 31 years old - natural SMWs who will probably rehydrate to somewhere in the mid to high 170s.

He doesn’t look soft at all, he looks strong and more filled out at the weight
he just looks like a middleweight/super middleweight.
considering he was fighting at 160 from age 18 or 19, I’d now at 31, those 8lbs look are probably difficult to get off healthily.
definitely doesn’t look soft

We'll see tomorrow - I suspect tomorrow he will enter the ring above the LHW limit ( probably close to 177) but maybe I'm wrong.
If his weight is still under 172 then yes you're right he is just lazy and maybe not in the shape he is suppose to be.
Interesting.
