Why Is No One Giving Billy Joe Saunders A Chance ?

It seems like it's a foregone conclusion from almost everyone that Canelo will beat Saunders with ease. But why? Saunders is a good fighter who boxes and moves well and has stepped up on the big stage before (Granted not at this level but Lemieux in Canada) why is he looked at as just another foe? At 160 Id give Saunders a much better shot at beating Canelo a few years ago, in fact, I would've picked him to pull off the upset. Why at 168 is that so inconceivable? Is it the fact that at the higher weight Saunders can't move like he used to? Or is it just that people think that Saunders is a bozo

Eddie's trying every dirty trick in the book to make sure BJS loses. Smaller ring that favours Canelo, not allowing BJS's full team to attend, paying off the ref and judges, stacking wraps etc. It's like Eddie isn't BJS's promoter. Hearn really wants Canelo to win so he can suck up to him some more. BJS is not a heavy puncher and no one has KO'd Canelo and there is no chance of BJS getting the decision with the paid off judges. It's all about BJS just giving a good account of himself.

It has been literally years since Saunders looked impressive in a fight and he hasn't fought anybody good since 2017. Charles Adamu, Shefat Isufi, Marcelo Esteban Coceres, Martin Murray? Get the hell outta here with that noise. It the same timespan Canelo fought Gennadiy Golovkin, Rocky Fielding, Danny Jacobs, Sergey Kovalev, Callum Smith, and Avni Yildirim.

Seems like a lot of folks have already filled in their scorecards and are only waiting for Saturday night to express their outrage. Because we're talking about Canelo here, not David fu-cking Lemeiux. Yes and Canelo struggles with every good fighter. Remember, after the fight there will be 10 threads how bad Canelo looked like.

He may well outbox Canelo but unless he knocks him smooth out he aint winning. We all know this and the chances of him koing Canelo are just about nill.

Because it’s extremely unlikely he’s going to knock Canelo out and we all know the tale of the cards in a Canelo fight Saunders may well be able to outbox Canelo, it’s just unlikely the judges will see it that way

Saunders has skills but in order to win he is going to have to hit a hard target to hit that counterpunches so well. If he runs he won't win on the scorecards. Jacobs was able to be competitive against Canelo on the right side. It is actually an interesting fight but I am favoring Canelo.

BJS Saunders has a good chance to pull of the upset IMO. He’s naturally the bigger rangier fighter with great movement and speed. I can see him doing a Sunny Edwards on Saturday night and not allowing Canelo near him

I give him credit for taking the fight when it was offered. That's what separates him from a pretender like Charlotte, who, like Saunders, have been mentioning Canelo's name every chance he gets. But when it was offered, Jasmine Charlotte turned it down. He got scared. His own twin brother confirmed it in one of his videos.

Nobody really believes Canelo will beat him easily. Most likely Saunders will beat Canelo badly, but got robbed on score cards. Ginger can`t beat clearly a good fighter. After the fight I'll reply to you lmao at how easily Canelo whoops BJS(not because BJS sux per se,but because I think Canelo is on another level atm) (we shall see) Ps You were just praising Bivol for barely beating a legit bum on pts btw.(bum in sense had Canelo beat him same way there'd be pandemonium.)
