That eye injury was nasty and she didn't quit like Dubois and others.
As you know, I'm not really a fan of female boxing, but both ladies earned my respect.
Hearn better sign up Bridges asap, she's legit, if that eye hadn't closed I think she would've won that fight.
are you saying we need to see Bridges V Chocolatitio?
Id watch the big lass who looks like Martin Murray agaisnt Sam Eggington tbh, i accidently tuned in to see if the womens boxing was over last weekend, and caught a glimpse of her opponent, who looked like she was about 55 FFS :lol1:
Haha! You are a brutal man. Maybe Chocolatito versus Ann Wolfe!
Plus, Bridges is only 5 foot tall. That is pretty little! No different than someone calling Chocolatito a midget... if women want equality they can have it! The pair of midgets!

Considering the main event was your typical showing of a Canadian getting KTFO (usually immigrant or 'by way of MTL' fighters do better though than standard Cancuks) they definitely stole the show with a nice little war. Feels a little condescending to them to say 'nice little war' but mostly the fact that it was a 20 minute fight as opposed to 36 minutes earns that prefix.

Could even say they stole the show, Courtenay and Bridges. Was a cracking night of Boxing to be fair to Matchroom and Sky.

Yes, sir. I was rooting for her all the way in that fight. The other girl was just as tough. It was a close fight. I thought Bridges did enough to win it. She put in a lot of work in the early rounds. Kudos to both ladies.

Agree with this, they sure did.
