So I've been doing some remastering using AI algorithms on an old anime, hajime no ippo, a boxing anime and have just finished it. The type of remastering I did was to enhance the resolution, clean up artifacts/noise, and frame interpolation. I've made my own subreddit, in there I've got more info, as well as some FAQs and samples. Check it out!

For now I'll be doing anime, the next series will be the old hunter x hunter. At some point I want to try out live action content, specifically action stuff like martial arts movies, or straight up action, but for now the interpolation algorithms aren't quite good enough, or well actually they kinda are, at least the high end ones, but good luck trying to interpolate anything with those on anything other than a RTX 3090.
The second Ippo videogame (Japanese version) has the best ever career mode in a boxing game.
It does I have it. Able to start at 18 years old and go up the weight classes and capture multiple different organizations belts. And you actually have to manage your food and training and have to make weight.
Very cool. I would have loved Hajime No Ippo if it was around when I was a kid.
Is hunter x hunter any good?
It's not ippo, but I still like it. It's not a boxing anime though. The only boxing anime I know of is ippo, ashita no joe, and megalo box, but the last two are kinda meh when I watched them.
I've never given these shows, or even anime a chance ever, but maybe now is the time.

Hajime no Ippo actually got me into boxing (and pacquiao). Lol
Anime is very solid. Explains boxing at a superficial but decent level and has good humour.
Any chance of posting these in sub format instead of dubs? I've watched this show multiple times but never with the english dub. Thanks! Amazing work, keep up the fantastic job.
