Exactly right guys. It's not easy to back Wilder up. Ortiz somewhat managed to do it but got KO'd ... and despite haters nonsense, Ortiz is a good boxer (not sure how age will matter in his fights going forward though).
Some nights Wilder is preoccupied with big punches and doesn't wanna work. Other nights (or opponents) he is ok to be patient, look for the right moments with the big punches. Like many boxers his focus and concentration sometimes is not there ... matters much.
Boxing history is littered with many making over-simplifications and bad assumptions ...
