The WBC ordered that fight under Haymon’s agreement for Yildirim. Yildirim, Benavidez, Dirrell are all Haymon fighters. BJS and Smith are Matchroomz. It would’ve been GBP vs Matchroom anyways since DAZN expects that. And the weak undercards Like his first fight under match room so Canelo gets all the money. This not a pay per view fight.

So he's calling Oscar unprofessional while he himself is being unprofessional. Oscar just got him a good fight which he won, and is trying to build him without that dreaded first loss. In today's boxing, that one loss can derail your career, especially a young, up and coming fighter. As a promoter today, it's not easy to navigate these waters. All these diva fighters who don't want to fight this one or that one, the want the bigger share of the purse, or make unreasonable demands only make it harder. Then you have promoters who don't want to do business across the street.

Oscar is out here telling the truth letting us know there has been nothing substantial negotiated or discussed with Manny's team. Ryan starts throwing a fit. Pacquiao's official Management team issued a statement saying there has been no talks and that somebody claiming to represent Pacquiao has been doing shady things and speaking for Pacquaio without proper authority and that there should be no talks about his next fight unless you speak with them and threatened legal actions if that continues. So it makes sense what Oscar is saying and what the Golden Boy's CEO said before that. It looks like Ryan and his lawyer/adviser could be in hot water and they were speaking with that shady guy "Sean Gibbons" and they were cutting Pacquaio's official Management team out.
