He turned it down or can't accept the offer because he fights under Top Rank/ESPN and Haney fights under Matchroom/DAZN?
The only "big/decent" fights Lopez has available to him, realistically, are Lomachenko II, Nakatani II, Verdejo @ 135, Jose Ramirez, Josh Taylor, Pedraza @ 140, Crawford @ 147. And the looked-down-upon fighter coming up a weight class situation, where 130 fighters come up to 135-140 to fight...Berchelt, and Herring.
Anyone who's PBC or Matchroom is out of the question. Arum won't allow it.
Too many assumptions. Kamboses makes sense because you want to get rid of your mandatories as early as possible as bigger and bigger crowds are being allowed. Haney will still be there afterwards. It’d just be sad to fight Kamboses with more availability than your fight with Haney. Plus it allows Haney, Ryan, Tank etc to take a good fight next it just makes the fight better later in the year.
If the Kamboses fight falls through they will start to look at Haney etc, as per Lopez. Right now the offer matters little unless they can offer something crazy.
You really think Lopez would be sat in limbo without those in-house fights? Lol. It’s weird the opinion people have of TR yet in most pfp lists TR fighter’s dominate.
Teo wanted 10 million for the Haney fight.
Of course he was going to turn down 4 mil.
I was thinking the same thing why would he take 4 when he already asked for 10

Yeah, Ironically that fight wasn’t PPV
Anyway I am a fan of Lopez but the reality is even Loma wasn’t some crossover mainstream superstar.
It’s not really about how good you are, it’s generally about how much revenue you bring in and Lopez isn’t a $10 million fighter at this moment.
yeah he was still climbing up i don't know why he rushed things like it's his last chance to get the highest Prize.
after the loma fight.. he see himself as a PPV Ultrastar of boxing..

Spencer ducking crawford and no word on if hes gonna fight ugas
Tank begging for that ryan payday ducking gary and haney
Stevenson is just weird hes calling out valdez and berchalt but he already has a shot at the winner of frampton and whoever hes fighting i forgot.
The AA's are just dramatic.
Lol i might get called a racist or ignorant yet everything i said is factual
But u exaggerating.
Paul Williams, Shawn Porter, Zab Judah, Suger Shane, Ali fought everyone.
I'm obviously not gonna name everyone same way your not gonna name every black fighter that cherry picked
I can’t see that happening. Maybe he dies, but I don’t see Haney giving away first 6 rounds by not throwing a punch.
I cant see haney giving six rounds either but i also do see haney laid out by round 7 looking up at the reff wondering wtf happen...teo just beat the 1 guy at 135...while devin is still trying to find his 135 breakout fight
Which is funny cuz he whined when team Loma treated him like a nobody now he has became a diva.
Spence did the same thing after complaining about how Thurman was.
Yeah, very true.
That's what's usually said for a fight when the money isn't there. The money is there for this fight. If Haney & his team feel they're ready for that fight then we'll find out.
If the fight was made would you watch?
Yes, I would watch it, not paying $75 for a PPV though. This fight needs to be on a major network at no cost to fans. Question is, will the networks cough up the money?
So Lopez is the problem in negotiations right?
Yeah most definitely, but again its a power play.
Law 7: Get Others Do the Work For You, But Take the Credit
Do what most bosses do: use your team, but present the result as if it happened because of them
Law 8: Make People Come to You
Avoid chasing people, but make others approach you and ask you for favors
Law 16: Raise your Value Through Absence and Scarcity
Don’t be too present. Create value through scarcity and absence
Law 17: Keep Others in Suspended Terror: Cultivate an Air of Unpredictability
Predictability makes you an easy target. Make your moves more random, become more unpredictable.
For real. AA's are the biggest cherrypickers and crybabies.
I wouldn't go that far lol! Black fighters make the Sport fun. I just don't understand Stevenson said Valdez and Berchelt ducked him, Haney is saying Lopez don't want smoke, well then fight each other?
Teo vs Kambosos is a hot garbage fight. Teo's own promoter said it's not competitive.
Teo vs Haney is a better fight so why marinate it?
It is a better fight but it isn't happening
Teofimo and Ryan Garcia THOUGHT they was bigger stars than they really are and now they might have to humble themselves and accept fights with Haney and Tank because those are indeed the bigger fights for them
Lol if beeting a guy 3 weight classes below you who got whooped by salido makes you a superstar then lmao
yea taking a title shot in your 2nd pro fight. Kid's absolute ass am I right? What fighter now a day is doing something so stupid? Why wouldn't he do the smart thing and fight an uber driver? Not to mention you've offered no proof whatsoever about the Haney deal even happening.
