Yeah it’s BS, makes absolutely no sense! I was really interested in Morell vs Ryder too. Ramirez is a far better opponent for Bivol too. I was looking forward to this Morell vs ryder fight. The kid is on the fast track and ryder is no slouch. Let's see what happens now. Be safe.

Instead we’re getting Bivol vs Ryder, which makes little to no sense, purely because Hearn can’t put his ego aside and work with other promoters. What a fvcking turd. I like that, put it on the Canelo/BJS undercard. Maybe on Chisora/Parker UC if that fight takes place? Talk is New Zealand for that fight.

I mean I just read that Hearn said he was in negotiations with the PBC and figured it would be a UK fight. Not like Morrell has any fanbase of any sort. But sure, I guess it can be a USA fight. If Morrell is cheap enough they’ll possibly have it over here. I just think PBC view Morrell as a far bigger asset than Matchroom view Ryder. I hope it is in the UK though.

Will it? I thought this would be a US based fight. Ryder is a bit of free lancer, he’s always remained loosely affiliated to Matchroom but he’s boxed on Warren cards, Poxon cards, Sauerland cards etc. I think this winds up on a PBC card. I doubt Matchroom will bid aggressively to stage this fight. I’ll be rooting for Ryder but Morrell is the truth IMO so I think he’s up against it. Morrell by decision is my prediction.
