Hello,
I've only bet on fights I've actually been to (lived in LV from 2010-2012). I'm becoming interested in online betting. Online sports betting is still illegal in Idaho, but tons of guys I train with do it. Which site should I use? Isn't this regulated by federal law? Any and all advice is appreciated.
I usually stick to a couple of fighters I know well and only bet small amounts. If you're new, don’t jump in big—just watch how odds shift before a fight. I also use https://www.mega888reviews.com/ to check out some of the betting platform reviews so I know where it's safer to place bets. It’s helped me avoid a couple of shady ones already.
Alright kid listen up. You want some advice here it is. Don't ever let anybody say you have a gambling problem. It's only a problem if you're losing :cool2:
TBH I dunno, but, I think here's a safe bet. It's just honor system and a set pool of cash but I reckon the lads will pay up and no coppers will bug me.

This is good advice too :)
"Sports betting remains illegal in the state of Idaho. One exception is offshore sportsbooks and casinos. While not technically illegal for Americans to play on, using offshore gambling sites definitely comes with risks since they are not licensed or regulated by US laws."
Offshore books are all the big online ones not in Vegas basically.
Pick the one that offers the best odds I guess. Pro gamblers will have many accounts to shop around but casual guys like us just keep it simple usually.
One thing I'll say is don't take the sign up bonus cause you usually have to jump through a bunch of hoops to ever actually be able to withdraw the money.
I've had good experiences with bet365 and their customer support has been helpful. My wire transfer withdrawals take about 2-3 days at most. They have pretty high margins however so not always the best odds but they are very competitive still. Look around and decide for yourself.
