So, Teofimo, i think, beats Gervonta Davis at 135 and up. To me Gervonta Davis is already too small for 135 and Fimo is a big lightweight. Here are the facts: Tank nor Fimo are one punch knockout artists but have a lot of power, both have solid chins, both are very fast and quick on the trigger/explosive, both are elite level technical boxers (arguable which ones better). To me this fight comes down to size, reach, and who wants it more. To make it easier:
Reach: Teo
Height:Teo
Power: Tank (I think Tank just hits harder, but this is up for grabs)
Speed:Even (At 130 Tank is lighting fast, but at 135 he's super fast for only about 3 to 4 rounds)
Chin:Teo (He fought Lomachenko and was eating shots for like 2 to 3 rounds straight)
Heart:Teo (all I'm going to say is: Teo vs Loma (12th round)
Overall Stamina: Teo (going 12 rounds with loma is no small achievement)
Level of competition: Teo (Here me out, Teo fought Commey and Lomachenko, but Tank fought Pedraza, Santa Cruz, Grandpa Gamboa, and Tko'd Jesus Ceular-almost beat Abner Mares. Tank has more fights vs Teo's, i mean, its Loma come on
More than likely yea Teo would be too big for him and have him eating leather as he tried to come inside be a frustrating night for tank his only shot would be winning via nasty ko
Exactly. They don't even believe what they are writing. Just their blind hate for one fighter. Screw them.
How do you see the Loma/Lopez re-match playing out if Teo grew some balls to fight Loma again?

I dis-agree with you saying both these dudes dont have one punch knock out power.
I think both do as witnessed many times in Teos and Tanks fights.
I agree with everything else you said.
Good post bro.
A lot of people here who DKSAB. Lopez ain't all that and is running from the whole division by overpricing himself. That fight will never happen.
True but youre just a weird black panther
Always up the black guy. That tribal ish is whats wrong with boxing
Youre like that one weirdo on here...forget dudes name. Come to think of it havent seen him in awhile. Hope he doing okay.
Anyhow you can fuck right off
Right on. I definitely agree with the first paragraph. 1 thing though, Teofimo has that great win over Loma.
Tank doesn't have that yet.
Agreed. If he doesn’t get a fight that people think he can lose in the next year...he’s going to waste his prime. I know Mayweather wants to pace him so he doesn’t fizzle out too early but I’m afraid that they are also staggering his potential and allowing him to remain unchallenged. And for a guy with obvious issues outside the ring...a lack of challenge in his profession could result in a rapid destruction of self.
I’m not quick to give anyone a crown until they can duplicate it repeatedly. Certain fighters have proven their greatness...ie Bud, Canelo, Loma.... but none of these young guys are great yet. They are still proving it to the fans and it takes multiple fights to do so.
Tank has a ceiling but so does Teo. He’s big for 135 but he won’t be north of 140 is all I’m saying. Time will tell.

I’m a fan of Tank as well but he ain’t seeing Teofimo on any level.
And as the much smaller guy having to move up since he’s at 130 is a huge mismatch.
Also where does all this nonsense of Lopez’s punch not carrying over as he moves up?
He’s knocked out cold larger fights than Tank.
What will Tanks little self do when he can’t get inside and fears what comes in return just like Loma?
Also Loma at 130 or 135 wipes the floor with Tank.

Look how Fickle Boxing Fans Are!
Now people Piling on this kid Bandwagon but just months ago he was getting laughed at both him and his father going into that Loma fight and people saying how he doesn't belong in the ring with Loma and how Loma was going to ruin him
Boxing Fans are F^cking SCUM the worst fans by far out of all Sports and it is not even close. Very Fickle!

At 135, I'm not even sure about that, Tank fighting quite smaller dudes than Teo.
Imagine what Teo would do to LSC...
While Tank's power is real, he's not nearly as dynamic as Manny was and nowhere near as fast with hand or feet. Plus, the real elephant in the room with him is his lack of discipline in between fights that will undoubtedly shorten his career.
I don't think he is on Pacquiao's level. But? I find it a tad alarming at how Lopez, has reacted to his victory over Lomachenko 'Shades of Ruiz Junior vs Joshua, in the sense where he is way up in the clouds' just with is demeanor.
His fight vs Lomachenko was his introduction to the big time 'Now everybody is coming for him, these are no times to be up in the clouds'.
Note: Hopefully there is somebody in Lopez's team, that stresses these points to him daily 'Everyone is coming for him now'.
I also have not seen a Mayweather type work ethic from Tank Davies ether, and as you know? It is these factors that all add up, at elite level.
Id favor teo over all lightweights atm. Sadly, I do think he's gonna move up in weight before we see any of the match-ups we're looking for though. Maybe Bob will put up the money for a Loma rematch but that's about it.
Teo is my guy but so is Tank. You can’t quantify heart and mental toughness until you’ve seen it several times. Neither fighter has had there Mayweather-Castillo/Mosley/Cotto fight yet.
Secondly, to say Teo is levels above Tank is inaccurate as well. They both are highly skilled and possess great power and pedigree. The edge in power goes to Tank as the naturally smaller guy. You will see Gordo’s power be less effective at 140.
Teo is the man at 140 but he’s not levels above everyone. Any of the top three could lose to each other in any given night.
Hopefully we get to see some of these fights.

they are both excellent but Tank just fought a 130 and Lopez is very big for 135 and thinking of going to 140. Lopez is the bigger heavier man probably by 8 pounds or so. With two excellent fighters that could make the difference at lightweight so I pick Lopez to win. He might win by KO but Tank has yet to be hurt much so I will guess he loses on points.
To me this is the best fight out of the four young bloods coming up rn. I just think their combination of speed power and willingness to exchange would make for a great action fight.
I cant see teo winning a slugfest, I could see him winning a tough decision but my gut tells me tank hurts him and maybe stops him late in a very entertaining fight.
We saw lopez get tentative for a few rounds against a smaller and also tentative Loma, I dont think tank gives him the luxury of teeing off on him for 7 rounds before he starts letting his hands go.
Teofimo is levels above Tank.
Edge in power, size, skill, heart, pedigree and mental toughness.
It’s not a think scenario, Lopez despite what idiots on this site may claim is the man at 135 and it’s not even close.
Also yes you are an idiot
If you consider any other 135 pounder coming close to Lopez.
