This will be the chief support for Broner's next Showtime appearance. I have to fancy Wallin winning this as he is coming off a win over Kauffman & a decent showing vs Fury. Breazeale can crack & has a ton of heart but his chin is very vulnerable. I'm not sure what kind of punch resistence he has left after the Wilder fight. I'm going with Wallin by mid to late round stoppage.
I picked Wallin by decision but I could just as easily see Breazeale by ko.
I like this fight, depending on what shape these two are in though. Could get real ugly if both are gassed early.
I'd take Wallin by decision.
Breazele is a big guy, tough, determined & hits fairly hard but lacking skillwise I think Wallin is a little too classy & skilled for him and expect him to win on points.
Yeah, Breazeale can crack, so anyone he fights needs to be careful. I just find him to be SO SLOW and he doesn't appear to be a very good technical fighter, judging from the fights I've seen of his. I would favour Wallin'. You never know what can happen in boxing though, especially in the heavyweight division. no doubt he is as slow as a turtle. He has power & a big heart but he so easy to hit. I posted here several times leading up to the fight that Wilder would crush him in one round. I had a few here disagree with me & some even gave him a chance to beat Wilder. My reason for the 1st blowout was exactly what you & i say about Breazeale. Too slow & too easy to hit. All I know is Wallin can box a little but he couldn’t take out Granat after Granat got KTFO by Dimitrenko & the Kauffman fight ended because of an injury. I’m not sure if he has the power to take out Breazeale. I give it 60/40 Wallin but he will have to outbox Breazeale. Breazeale has fought Kassi & Mansour so he has experience vs Southpaws.
He is still #26 in the world according to boxrec. I have him as a B level (top 21-30) level fighter. He beat some good journeymen in Aguilera, Vargas, Kassi, Bisbal & 2 undefeated prospects at the time he fought them (Consuegra & Ugonoh both 17-0 at the time). He also stopped Negron & Mansour after getting off the canvas. His best win is over Molina or Mansour. His only 2 losses are in title fights against Wilder & Joshua. This is a good matchup but I think Wallin has momentum & Breazeale has been inactive & is very easy to hit so I have to favour Wallin. I'm not sure if he has the power to really hurt Breazeale so it could go the distance. Breazeale can crack & he has experience against a few southpaws so Wallin must be careful not to walk into something big.

Breazeale is a pretty mediocre fighter. Slow as molasses but he's big and he hits hard. I remember thinking that he was way overrated when he got badly out-boxed by an unknown, smaller guy, a few years ago. Luckily for Breazeale the smaller, unknown heavyweight had little power to hurt him and Breazeale ended up just walking him down. Breazeale just isn't that good.

Great fight, looking forward. Both guys are about the same level. Breazeale was stopped by Joshua and Wilder; Wallin was outboxed by one-eyed Fury. Hard to say what to expect. Breazeale is already old and he hasn`t been really active recently. Wallin wasn`t really active either, he beat Kauffman.
We need more that kind of fight between these guys to see how good they really are.
Yes more fights like this for sure. A couple of top 25-30 HWs going at it. Fights like this & fights between prospects like Joyce & Dubois...

I think it’s a good fight. Wallin added Kauffman (C+) to his resume to go along with Fury. It is nice to see Wallin starting to step up. Breazeale is another good opponent (B) to gauge how good Wallin is. Breazeale had his 2 title fights so now it is about making some money before the end. Breazeale always had power & a big heart. His chin has been in question in the past as he has been down many times but how sturdy is it since the Wilder fight? He has fought one round in 2 years. He has only had 4 fights since Joshua. Molina, Negron, Igunoh & Wilder...

Finally, good to see PBC finally get some of these guys out there. I mean this guy fought once every year for the last 5 years.
Kownacki/Helenius 2 is almost signed for around the same time. Some good HW scraps coming early in 2021. Parker/Fa in February. Too bad Milas pulled out of the Yoka fight. That was 2 good prospects that were going to fight. Not sure the reason for Milas pulling out as he was set to make like 150000 Euro...
