Pacquiao and Thurman have not returned to the ring since their fight in July of 2019.
At the time, Pacquiao was 40 and Thurman was 30.
Now, Pacquiao is 42 and Thurman is 32. Both will be returning from long lay offs. Pacquiao is an old champ, while Thurman is coming back from injury, surgery, and weight gain.
Who would win if they returned against each other?

Probably Keith wins as Pac's age does him no favors these days. Every year that goes by (or day for that matter) is degradation of his body.
Of course he has nothing left to prove but that doesn't stop him from wanting to continue to fight (unfortunately). So with that said, no way in hell I want to see another Thurman fight. That chapter is closed. Let's see what else he can do trying to compete with the youth. While I'm completely against each fight he's trying to do going forward because it's not necessary and last thing you want to see is a legend get hurt, if it truly has to happen because Pac says it will, make it against someone else completely different. I know Spence and Crawford will be too much for Pac at his age but it would at least be such a crazy accomplishment if he pulled it out his a$$ that it would be worth it. Just can't him winning either fight at this age.
Thurman would win. He’s admitted his mistake in trying to pressure Pacquiao instead of using his boxing and movement like he was later in the fight. You can make an old man still look like the goods when you stand infront of him, which is why I liked Pacquiao’s chances against Spence (might be too old at this point).
Depends on Keith's injuries.
Pac only made it out with the win in the first fight by the skin of his teeth. The KD and 10th round body shot is what won him that fight. MD on the scorecards because Pac can't stay consistent throughout the whole fight at his advanced age.
Non-injured Keith wins the rematch, but who the **** knows if that Keith even exists anymore.
