Constantly hear from Fury that he is going to knock out his upcoming opponent but the last guy he actually stopped was Schwarz and it took about 40 punches for Kenny Baylis to step in.
Who was the last opponent he actually KO'd!?!?!? Steve Cunningham???
People need to stop with the claims, that Tyson Fury knocked Deontay Wilder out
A TKO is just the ref stopping the fight (for the fighter's safety) before the inevitable brutal KO comes.
Some are bad stoppages, sure. However, in most cases, the guy who got TKO'd would end up face first on the canvas if he was not rescued by the ref.
People need to stop with the claims, that Tyson Fury knocked Deontay Wilder out 'It was not even the 100% legitimate stoppage ether'.
This is a knock out.
Even the Kronk version of Fury isn't banging people out. Certainly not top guys with big punches of their own.
He had Wilder injured, disoriented (his ear was busted - they should just be honest) and on rubbery legs for 4 rounds and still didn't put any sustained big shots on him.
It's not Fury's style to look for knockout blows. Never been his style. He's a wear you down, beat you down type fighter. A change in approach doesn't change that.
Wasn’t lying about stopping Wilder was he?
Fury has a bigger KO% than some supposed big punchers. Pretty good for a guy who often fought not looking for knockouts
He could have even more if he had sat down on his shots instead of coasting
If fighters go into the ring thinking Fury can’t stop them, they will be in for a surprise I think. He can punch when he wants.
To be fair his ko % around 65 but it’s down to his opponents being amateur level, he’s failed to knock out some pretty low level opponents too. Everyone knows he’s not a big puncher.
Be honest with yourself, it was not a knock out.
Deontay Wilder was on his feet, and still fighting back.
Tyson Fury has stopped nobody at elite level.
....But Wilder was stopped by Fury though.
Erm, I think you’ll find that Wilder was......
“TECHNICALLY KNOCKED OUT”
So he was STOPPED.
Be honest with yourself, it was not a knock out.

He was forced to fight aggressive against Wilder, because Wilder has a one shot sniper bullet right hand but other than that hes very limited. Joshua on the other hand doesnt have the same one shot power but he isnt as limited either. You come forward and try to take him out and you'll be dealing with uppercuts, hooks, body shots and combination punching, hes probably a lot stronger than Wilder in the clinch too.

Who was the last opponent he actually KO'd!?!?!? Steve Cunningham???That is because it is so much easier to say it than to actually do it. He did stop Wilder though.

A towel being thrown in isn't a stoppage IMO. Fair enough, he beat the guy easily but Tom Schwarz was an RSC/TKO...albeit, it took a lot of punches to get there.
When Fury says he is going to knock someone out, he doesn't mean a KO win, he means actually knock them out cold - he claims it every time and never delivers.
A towel being thrown in is a “knockout” by literal definition.
Fury beats Joshua by stoppage 100%. Whether it's KO/TKO, or whatever spin you want to put on it, AJ will not see the final bell. Tyson Fury is the joint greatest P4P ever alongside TBE Mayweather.
For sure. AJ is packing glass and somewhere over the course of 12 rounds that chin will fail him. Fury too smart to let him off the hook ala Wlad.
Who has hit Joshua on the chin and it has shattered? Fury has been hit on the button by cruiserweights and gone down, he has got straight back up but my point is Joshua can crack. Parker is the only fighter to not hit the canvas and that’s because he was elusive. Fury should and will adopt the same tactic
Who cares, a stoppage is a stoppage, and he’ll stop AJ
Because he stopped schwarz, pianetta and as for Wilder Fury was beating the S#hit out of him but he would never have stopped him. Fury is just not blessed with power. He is stopping nobody. He will be on his bike against AJ and will try and frustrate him as he should. Usyk and Fury share the same power at heavyweight. Spence hits harder than Fury .lol

Fury is getting smashed by Joshua. Just don't go near bridges or tall buildings when it happens.
