You people are idiots. He doesn't mean a full-on open spar. Do any of you know anything about boxing? There are many different levels and intensities to sparring. Think about it. Body spar anyone? He's following Wlad's lead. Allegedly he used to spar days before a fight According to McCracken, AJ spars with and without headgear but the headgear less sparring isn't typical sparring as you would expect, it's more technical pitty pat It’s called touch sparring, it’s basically non-competitive.
