Please mention the fighters that come to your mind when talking about beating the odds multiple times or coming on top most of the time on 50/50 fights. Forget about early state of their career and focus after the fighters have gained recognition.
If you have statistics info please bring it on.
To my mind come:
1. Ali
2. Manny Pacquiao
3. Tim Bradley
4. Danny Garcia
I think these facts create some separation between good fighters and the great fighters.
:boxing:
Sam Eggington, so many times he has been the away fighter and won. I think when you mentioned names like Bradley, they are elite level so always in with a chance. There some Eastern European, maybe Bakhtov? His name escapes me, but they keep bringing him over to the uk to fight these prospects and pad their record and he keeps upsetting the odds! Those are who you should be looking at not pac, Bradley etc. Although you could argue pac recently again Broner etc

:boxing:Garcia is not a great fighter and neither is Bradley. They are good fighters not great fighters. They both won a couple of fights they deserved to lose. Garcia has been the underdog twice at welterweight and did not beat the odds and lost to both Thurman and Porter and I think he will lose again to Spence. I doubt anyone thinks Bradley ever really beat Pacquiao.
