I don't see why fans make such a big deal about it. If they for some reason feel it's best not to continue that's them Well if you pay for a PPV fight you don't want to see a guy quite because he has not heart and decides to quit. If it is a legit injury it is what it is.

Well at least Khan’s corner looked out for him and quit for him. That’s what your corners are there for. Take the pressure off you from been accused of being a quitter. Honestly most fans have zero issues with a fighter quitting, yes they can talk about it but it’s more the former or current boxers who come out with that line. Khan quit big time for no good reason except he knew Crawford was going to beat him up some more. Dubois had his eye site in danger and was in much pain and had 100 times more reason to quit than Khan did. Khan had 5 minutes to recover and only took a few seconds to decide to quit from a blow that missed his balls and landed on his thigh. He was looking for an easy way out and he took it.

They both quit, an eye injury is clearly more serious. Khan didn’t even bother taking the 5 minutes. One is not equal to the other. But i’m not gonna sit here and defend Dubois.
