He's like this emotionless terminator in the ring who takes everything you throw at him and then breaks you down with just a jab. His jab doesn't even look overly effective - he doesn't snap it out, just kind of pushes it but he's highly consistent with it round on round and it's accurate.
He looks slow and stiff and can barely land a straight right hand, let alone a hook or an uppercut. He seems completely uncoordinated in the ring and then after the bell he does this crazy flip through the air lol.
My dad said he's as slow as frankensteins monster and just as scary
Joe was just getting started he only just started putting them together the round before,if that orbital never collapsed dubois was about to feel the pace ,it was jug time
Yep he was on Twitter calling JJ out, people in France were having ago at him in regards to how he would beat JJ after his lacklustre performance against hammer.
Hammer's real difficult to look great against to be fair, and I still rate Tony highly, but I think Joyce breaks him down later on. There's just this weird inevitability about Joe. Tony gonna tag him pretty much at will through 4 or 5 rounds I reckon then gonna start to get reeled in.
Yoka vs JJ? ... Yes please very much.:lol1:

Pre-fight I picked JJ to stop DDD. I just thought his stellar amateur background would be too much for the babied DDD.
What I wasn’t expecting was the gameplan of JJ, I actually thought his right hand would be the busy in this fight, boy was I wrong. He has a slow effective way of fighting and honestly it would take a good power puncher to put him away.
His experience is too vast, he might only have 12 pro fights but I put him in the same league as the Lomachenckos, Uskys who have a prolonged/stellar amateur background plus the WBSS, he had fought almost everyone at that level.
And that showed last night, I see Yoka called JJ out after the fight and I wouldn’t mind seeing it, as I thought JJ beat him clearly in the Olympic final.

He was a weird style where he kind of pushes his punches. His footwork is very good, gets him out of trouble. Very average HW overall, nowhere close to World Title level. Horrible to watch.
Horrible to watch, but I don`t think there are many guys better than him. Dubois is better to watch but we saw what happened.

I've had a nagging feeling about Joyce, simply because he seems to win while not looking great, then step up and repeat. And he's stepped up more than any 12 fight heavyweight pro I can think of. It's one hell of a novice resume he's got.
Watching him against Dubois you can see why the jab is so effective. He steps right into it, with all of his weight and if he misses his whole body shifts forward and right.
So the key is making him miss with his jab and take advantage. But he doesn't wind it up at all. He throws it from half distance so it doesn't need to be quick and it will continue to be accurate.
I thought Dubois would catch him. I thought hooks and body shots would be his undoing. But the guy can really take a shot.

Depends what plans Warren has? I expected Dubois -Joyce would be a close fight to see a rematch than. But that is clearly not the story. Joyce is 35 already, he is ranked by WBC, he can also cash out against Fury and retire. He probably wants to make some millions in boxing and he will need a Fury fight for that. If Fury doesn`t fight Wilder or Joshua next, he could fight Joyce.
If not, maybe Chisora?
Am hearing that was his last fight with Warren. So his options might be open, and from the interview I saw from Warren last night, I doubt think there was a rematch clause (AKA Hearn). And would DDD want to risk jumping back in with his orbital bone broken.

Respect to Joyce. I thought Dubois would win . Fought intelligently ,took Dubois shots and carried on and went in there in good shape.
I feel Dubois at the moment is not as good as I first thought.
The good thing is both fighters fought each other and gave it their all. I really enjoyed that fight. Intriguing affair.
I know he called out Usyk but who do you think he should fight next? Or who do you think he would benefit in fighting next, usyk obviously has a title fight next so he isn’t dumb like Whyte ( Fighting someone as dangerous as Povetkin).

I think Joyce will be called out with lower ranked guys because fe fails eye test badly. But this guy is clearly dangerous. You just watch him and think how bad he looks but next second you see his opponent quit.
