I personally see joyce doing a number on any active heayweight and Dumb Daniel Dubois is going to be a hell of a lot dumber when hes got a prime heavyweight margarito all over him
Look at Foreman ,you dont need speed to dominate you just have to have perfect timing and accuracy and a monsterous pace ,also a good hurtful jab and granite chin and heart
Joyce may not look pretty in the ring but he has it all.
If he doesnt knock you.out he'll make you quit
Dont rate him, I think the fight with Dubois will be a massacre in Dubois favour and whether it goes long or short just depends on how good Joyce chin is.
Thats not to say Dubois is the best thing since sliced bread but I still think he has a lot more to offer and is better than Joyce in every comparable way. Dubois may still turn out to be a hype job for all we know, but Joyce wouldnt be the guy to expose it imo.
Chu don't know shit bout baxing
I just can't see Joe Joyce being able to take DDD power plus Joyce is not Usyk he won't be able to avoid dangerous exchanges
I take it you never got the memo that joyce could withstand anything god can throw at him
Joyce could literally stand infront of a train and the only thing that would happen is everyone inside the train would be dead
Joyce would just be standing there trying to swat the fly thats annoying him
That was a pretty good performance, but I think Stiverne is extremely overrated and not difficult to look good against at all. I think that he's in with a shout of being the worst HW champion of the modern era. He had basically no right to be fighting for the WBC title off of the record he had prior to fighting Arreola for the vacant belt (and Arreola was arguably also unworthy of that right) He was also 40+, had been inactive for over a year prior to fighting Joyce and has always seemed unfocused and ill-disciplined to me even at the best of times. He's only really ever been relevant in the division thanks to whatever black magic Don King is still able to muster. So yeah, Joyce did look pretty good in that fight, but I don't think he did anything that any other reasonably decent prospect would be capable of doing.
Well im pretty sure he did better than mostwould do,he broke down stiverne with overwhelming workrate and pressure, sure i could have seen dubois going in there and steamrolling stiverne in the first couple rounds with a big shot or some others like aj or wilder again but all with patience for that kne shot
Joyce cut him off bombarded him with workrate and took whatever stiverne had which was hell for arreola who was used to taking a slap and even had wilder thinking about junping in
Id consider bermaine stiverne a great preformance joyce methodically broke down stiverne and stiverne had a hella lot experience and could pack a punch

Who has dumb daniel dubois made roll over exactly?
Nathan gorman the moron who trains with a 2 ltr bottle of pepsi by his side
Why are you so confident in DDD?
Imagine if david price pre tony thompson was fighting joyce tomorrow night,i doubt any of us would give joyce a hope in hell, however knowing what we know now we'd all pick joyce with hindsight
Packing a punch and beating a bunch of overwhelmed bums isnt enough to convince me anymore
I see such similarities in joyce of a young foreman minus the devasting power
The resemblence is just uncanny and maybe its clouding my judgement but joes as tough as old boots and dumb daniel dubois aint gonna make michael myers roll over with his chocolate brownies
I'll give him his due credit in that he can punch, he's durable, and yeah, his footwork and IQ aren't bad - all that time in the amateurs doesn't seem to have gone to waste. Plus he's genuinely a massive heavyweight, the ring name "Juggernaut" feels apt - he feels like he's even more massive than he actually is, and he's not small to begin with. But his defense is nonexistent and his handspeed is just a joke. Despite the knockout wins he has I've yet to see a fight of his where I've been really impressed by what he's done. Even in fights where ultimately he's bulldozed his way to stoppage or lopsided decision wins I've always been struck more by how easily his opponents were hitting him than anything he was doing, even when those shots were plinking off him with seemingly no impact. Most of the guys he's fought so far are either light punchers by HW standards, or just too unskilled or undisciplined to pose a real threat. Dubois doesn't fit into either of those categories, he's young, well-drilled, fast and an accurate and devastating puncher. If Joyce does get past Dubois I'll be impressed for sure, but he's just not shown me enough to convince me that's going to happen. If he does have that bit extra that'll allow him to challenge the elite, he's going to have to show it now.

Joyce is a far more accurate puncher and he sets good traps and cuts the ring off way better than dubois he closes the distance smart
The only thing i see joe lacking is in the defence department and i figure its cos punches just dont phase him like they do others,
Joe joyce is a michael myers heavyweight a nightmare for anyone just keeps coming with consistant accurate pressure
I'm surprised so many ppl going for Joe Joyce, very interesting to read why ppl think that.
I think both are solid basic and competent but Dubois power is legit and although Joyce is happy to ship a few to land a few it's never the smartest tactic against good fighters, especially at Heavy and especially against those that hit hard.
But I'm guna keep reading. I'm beginning to wonder what I'm missing.
Go and look at George Foreman and tell me if he was up and coming today would anyone think he was at the level he was at,joyce and a young foreman fight very similar, foreman more power and a better jab and uppercuts to boot but joyce is an extremely accurate and hits well himself
Joes also very good at cutting the ring off same as george was
He doesnt look flashy but he gets the job done
Joyce is better than he looks. He looks rigid, but he actually moves alright from the waist. Gets caught more than a good boxer should but he's improving in every fight. Anything straight he seems to get his head away from with a weird style that works.
Punches don't look like much. But he's hurting decent fighters, so there's something there.
I just think Dubois will test this chin more than the guys who have gone before. And it won't be the straight punch - it will be the hook that will give Joyce a problem. We've also seen Joyce hurt to the body against Jennings and Dubois is capable of doing more.
If Dubois actually manages to get the win it'll be the 2nd best win any HW has gotten all year. Joyce might look awkward but with his size, workrate, durability, power and experience he would be a handful for the majority of HWs around right now.

Sometimes when fighters are formed, it is almost as if? They are bestowed with deliberately deficiencies, otherwise they would be too formidable.
Just imagine Joe Joyce had Lennox Lewis type speed 'For a super heavyweight'.
Joe Joyce maybe has the best endurance out of all heavyweights, and seems to be extremely durable 'George Foreman type invulnerability'.
Note: I have not actually picked a winner, and will be staying neutral on the fight. But due to his experience, Joe Joyce should really be winning this fight 'I see Daniel Dubois as the Challenger'.
Tomorrow night, the 4th air to the heavyweight throne 'Will announce themselves to the world'. After tomorrow night the winner of this fight, should be in line to face both Tyson Fury & Anthony Joshua etc.
