Showtime has had 10 boxing shows on Showtime this year 2020.
8 on regular Showtime.
2 on Showtime PPV.
Their numbers are dreadful. Awful. Simple just bad.
How long until Showtime is done and out of boxing?
They can't have subscribers only for boxing.
When will they end their history with boxing like HBO?
I give them 5 years maximum.

I had no idea Lipinets fought some random dude a few weeks ago. Or that Lubin fought Gausha, for that matter. I probably wouldn't have watched these even if I did know about them. Pretty uninspiring stuff from Showtime.
It's like they are not even trying anymore.
And with those ratings I don't know why they even bother to be in the boxing business.

yeah they are on there way out, , the last show had an old washed up cuban stopping a nobody in 30 seconds, who wants to watch that ****. showtime boxing has become synonymous with mismatches, its usually some fighter beating up on a nobody, or bringing some fighter up in weights who doesnt stand a chance and then putting it on ppv (spence v garcia, tank v santa cruz).
That was actually on FOX but still a bad fight.
Their PPV this year has been awful.
... and that really is a sorry list of fights
It really is. Only 2 championship fights.
Terrible.
So much for Showtime championship boxing.
Hopefully soon, they suck and Espinoza is a ***
Thought he was a weassel :D
150 dollars ppvs for canelo vs stiff euro bums is boxing only hope
150 dollars? Hopefully DAZN don't introduce PPV.
But much better than PPV like Charlos and Davis.
Hopefully never because if it falls on the shoulders of DAZN and ESPN + to carry the torch for boxing we are *****ed. I still have hope HBO comes back
Hopefully FOX & Fox Sports picks up the Showtime part of PBC.
DAZN & ESPN are much better for boxing for the future.
I loved boxing on HBO. Simply the best - but I doubt they will ever come back to boxing ever again.
