Gary Russell Jr. would be a good opponent and it would sell in the DMV since Russell is from Washington DC and Tank is from Baltimore. I would especially like it if it takes place at 130 but 135 isn't bad either. GRJ may be a 126-pounder but Leo Santa Cruz started at 118 so I have no problem with Gary moving up a division (or two).
Besides that, I would like to see Tank face the winner of the Diaz-Farmer rematch as I'm sure both guys would have no problem with Tank as the A-side.
I agree.
I'm cool with Russell. Gary brings a lot to the table, skillwise. I predict Diaz would beat up Farmer even faster this time. I want Davis-Diaz too. Not sure if Diaz will be ready on time. I think Davis will fight again in February. They wanna be busy in 2021.
Russell is available.
Please choose. Is Russell a good enough opponent? Why or why not? Which realistic fight would you like to see?

I want to see him vs Berchelt.
Lot of fights to do at 130
Berchelt, Valdez, Jo jo or Lomo (130 or 135) are cool ass fights.
At 135:
Garcia, Haney, Fimo, are cool, even Fortuna would be OK to me.
Forty always come for a good fight and has dog in him.
So that's 8 good fights, sur some would be hard cuz of promoters...
I guess the PBC doesn't have too many good lightweights for him. I wouldn't mind if he went on a tour of fighting the second tier lightweights for 2021.
The fight I wanna see next is JoJo Diaz.
He’s been on a five year tour of fighting second tier opposition.
They should give him one of their best prospects/contenders. Maybe that Latino guy Floyd promotes or someone else. I'm fine with Russell for now.
They need Latino boxers for him to continue to build his brand. So I don’t GRJ would be in the mix. Wouldn’t mind that fight though.
I'm sure they can.
I don't wanna see any more PPVs for a while. He should go on a workmanlike journey for at least a year on Showtime Championship boxing, fighting even strong journeymen at lightweight.
Not me. I've been disappointed in his opposition since the Pedraza fight.
