Brook is a BAD style matchup for Crawford

Crawford isn't as physically strong as Spence, there is 0 chance he is going to rough up Brook who might be 165-170lbs tonight. Brook is not Jeff Horn. So Crawford will have to carefully move and switch-hit from the outside, hoping to slowly break down Brook. Here's the problem: Brook actually has the superior boxing fundamentals here. Brook throws fast, STRAIGHT shots down the pipe and hits very hard. There's a big chance he catches Bud in the middle of switching and hurts him bad. Now I'm not saying Crawford is going to lose for sure, but the style disadvantage is going to be a steep hill for him to overcome. I can easily see him getting wobbled early and getting on his bike. Good thing for Crawford is that he seems slightly younger and less drained than Brook but Crawford is 33 himself. Brook is cashing out here, just look at his face and how he looked at the weigh in and at the interview session with Max. But anything can happen in boxing but not with this one though. If you look at the skill of brook it’s without question the hardest fight of Crawford s career.....will the age and miles make a difference yeah it could possibly well be....but brook has a chin , has impeccable timing and will be huge on the night. This fight to me is Crawfords calling and will be the best fighter on his resume and if he wins in style we really can call TC the top P4P in the world but don’t write brook of because if Crawford is not who we think he is he could very well end up getting beat by brook....massive odds on brook at 8-1 to beat Crawford and it’s worth a shot. - -U plungering deep...Priceless!

2. Brook is not a big puncher. Ok you’re just talking out of your ass now. Anyone who thinks Brook isn’t a big puncher doesn’t know **** about boxing. You haven’t watched a single one of his fights at 147 if you think that he can’t punch.

Crawford hits harder than Spence. While Spence was peppering him all night and Brook only looked slightly bothered late in the fight after his eye busted and had to go down himself. Crawford can hurt him at any time and he’ll soon find himself on the canvas or battered if he’s not careful. Brook does not have better fundamentals. He falls forward, or leans back, it’s why Zerafa was walking him into shots, why Senchenko couldn’t miss him with the jab in rd 2/3, you can walk him into shots, Spence walked him into shots often, Porter even landed his best punches on the backfoot. Crawford never lunges, even if his shots can be wide and you can hit him inbetween. Both guys can be hit, Crawford though has better defense, and he has better stamina and his favourite style is counter-punching i.e when a guy is coming to him, and Brook inevitably always comes plodding in when he slows down and becomes flat-footed. Brooks best odds would be boxing and countering Bud instead imo. But maybe he can spark Crawford. Brook has been fighting in the Ingle gym since he was a kid, and they’re all taught to switch hit. Brook can actually switch hit very well too, but he rarely does

From the first round he was beating the crap out of him with body blows. Brook quit. He is a quitter. Doesnt have many skills. Hes not that good. Crawford is gonna eff him up.

Crawford hasn’t been in any wars whatsoever while Brook went up to 160 to fight the best there, GGG, where he got damaged. Then came back down to fight the best boxer at 147, Spence. Crawford has meanwhile taken on some pretty soft opposition that even this damaged Brook would go undefeated against. I don’t see anyone on Crawford’s resume that Brook can’t beat. But I think Brook has fought guys who can give Crawford an L. Name GGG at 160, Spence and Porter. brook is a bigger puncher than crawford and crawford's best win is a featherweight.
