Tonight is Kell Brook's last stand.
His once promising career has been one of unfulfilled potential. His two biggest fights ended with eye injuries.
These experiences have hurt Brook deeply, but have made him stronger.
I believe he asked for Crawford because he wants to show the world how great he really is.
Can Brook turn back the clock, just this once, and shock the world?
I might of been introduced to Brook late or not caught enough of him on the Sky Sports network while over here in the states, but can someone refresh me on who did Brook ever beat that was significant where he's considered as this worthy opponent? I mean, unknown aside, I do know he's talented and has "skills", I'm just not sure why he's so revered... Who did he beat besides Porter?
Did he ever have a great fight in him in the first place?
What is his best win? Porter? That was a great fight by Brook?
Dude is a quitter who got brutalized both times he stepped up
I expect nothing less than a complete beatdown by Crawford
Brook has had 2 brutal losses. But they were his only losses, and his only tough fights. GGG was a big jump in weight against a guy on a 20 fight KO streak, then jumping back down two weight classes to fight another KO artist after surgery was insane.
He has been fighting one division above welterweight, and the entire time he's been there he has been trying to get Khan at 147, then after Khan lost to Crawford, he's been trying to get Crawford at 147. He's clearly been resisting becoming a true 154 pounder because he always wanted to leave the door open for a big fight at 147. I think he knows this is his last shot, so he'll be prepared. I think he'll give Crawford a tough fight, and lose by decision.

GGG ruined him physically, his eye socket is forever gone
Crawford is good but how good? His best wins are vs. Amir Khan (who cares?) and Jeff Horn (again, who cares?). If Crawford beats Brook he beats a guy who never really made it to the top, and if he loses, he looks like a fool. It's kind of a no win for bud IMO. I'm rooting for Brook because I'm tired of waiting for Bud to step in the ring with someone who matters. Depending on what kind of shape Brook is in tonight, this could be Crawford's biggest challenge of his career. Which is kind of sad because he should be in back to back blockbuster fights at this point. He needs to leave TR if he cares about his legacy. He could very well be the best out there, but how will we ever know? Reminds me of when Roy Jones Jr. would fight his mandatory on HBO every few months and get an easy KO, but that was yet another career that lacked big fights in his prime. Or Adonis Stevenson.
Why should fighters have to leave their promoter or change managers to fight other guys in the division?
Should Wilder and Fury have signed with Matchroom chasing a fight with Joshua?
Numerous other examples but you get my drift. Fighters, managers and others do not have to sign with someone who has a monopoly on a division..... in ANY circumstance.
That is pro-monopoly any way you spin it. In-house fights and the like.
We should all be on the side of them fighting Crawford, as he is a title-holder and former undisputed champ.......... everything else is just horse shiat from fanboys.

Another example being Adonis Stevenson. Bud is currently headed in that direction.
... Brook is a very good and strong fighter... he got both eye sockets broken during fights... most of kids here don't have the idea what this means...
two orbital fractures, both eyes... I thought you knew...
What does it mean though?
I guess we will find out tonight! Kell does get up for big fights. Looked good early vs GGG, Spence Jr and he beat Porter here in America so if he still have anything left then it should be a good fight. If he doesn't have anything left then Bud destroys him and you will see his punch resistance and reflexes are shot and he will probably get overwhelmed and stopped
What does that mean though? Is he glass chinned now? What does it meam?
Wilder has had surgery on his right hand how many times, seven I think he said? Not featherfisted is he?
Not telling you what you should think. Just want to know what that means to you. Orbital fracture = shot?

Does Kell brook have a chance? Absolutely he’s a highly skilled tactician in a sport where one punch can end it. He hasn’t proven to be strong enough to keep any of his top tier competition off of him though. And for people who bring up porter, brook beat porter because of his drastic reach advantage as much as anything in that fight and he will not have that advantage this fight.
Brook hits harder than Crawford, is also physically stronger.
But does he have the stamina, processing speed and skills to keep up with Crawford for 12 rounds? That is the situation.
Stamina I believe may be a defining factor in this fight 'Brook cannot become static or one dimensional in his thought processes' that is what usually happens when a fighter becomes fatigued.
Crawford is a good fighter, but he does not look invincible 'The man can be hurt'.

You should tell us. What did it mean for Donaire? Was it the reason he got KO’d by Walters? But seriously though.
