Canelo has been clearly beaten by TBE,
then "80%" thought he lost GGG 1 and it's well reported that most of the mexican crowd thought he lost to Juarez in his 5th pro fight (DRAW).
He has had 3 VERY CLOSE fights vs Trout, Lara, GGG 2.
He walked out of it with only one loss when he could theorically be 5/6 losses.
Loma has been beaten clearly ONCE, by Lopez, and has been in one close fight, Salido (SD/most people scored it a draw), I won't write that much about Salido's weight/low blows fools.
Loma got two losses ROFL
I think it's pretty funny and some fighters like Canelo are pretty well rewarded by judges.
Canelo even pulled a draw card vs Floyd wich is madness.
I think Canelo is def not the P4P king and people are being fooled by the GBP scorecards and matchmaking.
Not hating on Canelo, I think he's good for boxing and I'm glad that we can enjoy his skills. He's fighting everybody, dude has steel balls, RESPEK, but hey, those cards are fishy. WHAT YALL THINK?
I believe that Canelo lost 7-5 to Lara, drew with Trout, but beat Cotto.
He 100% lost to GGG in the first fight, no way in hell you can give me more than 4 rounds or so, pure corruption.
2nd fight was a toss up, that was more likely the draw.
canelo definitely should have 4 or 5 losses in my opinion.
clearly lost to floyd, lara and ggg twice. arguably lost to trout or at least a draw. I haven't seen this juarez fight. but if it was really a robbery then canelo arguable has 6 losses.
one thing for sure is canelo is extremely overrated!!!
Respect your opinion but seems a bit biased against Canelo...
People say Canelo won the Lara fight because he came forward and brought the fight while Lara moved and boxed.
People say GGG won the 1st Canelo fight because GGG came forward and brought the fight while Canelo moved and boxed.
To say Canelo lost both of those fights is contradicting yourself because if you thought he lost one he should've won the other. Similarly, the 2nd GGG fight was pretty strongly not a GGG win (by majority of fans) but a draw was acceptable.
The Trout fight was a strange fight because of open scoring. Nonetheless the KD was difference maker for me
At the end of the day Canelo haters have to cry that boxing isn’t fair to Loma or GGG. I dig it! The what if theories!
Maybe we just having an opinion, saying that Canelo's boxing diva a77 has been favoured a lot is not some crazy mad stuff.
He's obviously the cash cow in boxing, boxing is more a business than a sport, and is somehow protected by all the whole business milking him.
To prove you I'm not hater and don't have only negative things to say towards him, I think Canelo is maybe the bravest fighter in boxing (not including Manny), he just does not fear anybody.
He fought dozens of killers, his opposition is elite.
His style is cool to watch, defensive skills but never back up, he compete opponents taller than him most of the time, having serious reach disadvantages...
Canelo is a beast and superb boxer.
That being said, he Is one of the most pampered fighter of all time by Vegas judges.
I didn't see his 5th pro fight but if those who did see it thought he lost then maybe he did. Mayweather beat him easily of course. I thought GGG beat him both fights. I scored the first fight 8 rounds to 4 and the second fight 7 rounds to 5. I thought Canelo beat both Lara and Trout in close fights.
This thread could have 100 pages it wont change the fact, since you brought up Loma, that Canelo has never lost the way Loma did, meaning throwing away a complete first half nor losing to a Salido in those manners.
Yeah he did throw away the whole fight vs Floyd, being tagged for twelve rounds and not changing anything nor pressing the action.
I had him clearly losing to GGG in the first fight
2nd could’ve gone either way, same as the Lara fight
So he should definitely have 2 losses at least, could be 4. Can’t speak on his draw in Mexico.
More “what if”
IF Loma had power he might be undefeated.
IF Linares had a chin he would still be LW champ.
IF Chavez Jr had heart he might be one of the best at 168.
IF Wilder had skill he would have never lost to fury.
You didn't get the point.
The competences of the judges has nothing to do with the quality of the boxer.
But they will determine their legacy.
Porter is 3 losses but have been less dominated in a boxing ring than Canelo IMO.
You have to beat Canelo 9-3 rounds to get a decision, Floyd did it and get a majority decision.
There is corruption in boxing IMO, nothing to do with "if Linares had a chin".
Why does it matter who should have more losses out of the two? Weird thread...
Just an exemple of how boxing judging is weird and there might be corruption.
Canelo could have more losses than Shawn Porter ROFL.

- -What U Billy Goat family say?
Lol. Youve openly hated on Canelo many times so this subtext to insinuate that boxing wasnt fair to Loma but for Canelo yes then let this sink in.
1.) Doesnt matter if cards are "fishy." There are no narratives to prove his skills dont compete with other elites. If Canelo fought like DSG, stylistically, every fight then maybe you could prove his style doesnt own up to cards. There are many fighters whom wouldnt be able to catch Lara with consecutive body shots on the ropes for 12 rounds, but Canelo did.
2.) Canelo has never performed like Loma has for the first 7 rounds like Loma did. GGG, Jacobs, Kovalev would all be the same in punching power for Lopez comparison. In fact, many fans of GGG and Kovalev would find it offrnsive comparing their power to Lopez.
I'm not insinuating that boxing has not been fair to Loma but most likely that Boxing has been VERY generous to Canelo.
It does matter if cards are fishy because cards make the winner of the fight.
Canelo had been some weird cards behind him (Floyd draw, Byrd card ect...).
hahahaha in ur dreams. tyson easily embarrassing ruiz and usyk will be #1 p4p soon! get a grip. loma was robbed, ggg was robbed TWICE!!!! kovalev was robbed against ward, etc etc. only way to win is via robbery. punk!
KKKovalev got slept by boxing's Lord & Savior GOATnelo Alvarez u dummy. Olek ****e against Derek Chisora. Munguia, Andrade or Jermall retiring G dumbo

nah he isn't your White Hopes (Lomachenko, Derev, Kovalev, G) Usyk exposed & Tyson getting smoked against Ruiz + Team Canelo

I thought he beat Trout clean to be honest.
I thought he lost to Lara and I thought the first GGG fight was a legitimate draw.
I honestly don't get the people who thought GGG deserved points simply for walking forward even thought he was eating hard counters the whole night.
I also never thought GGG was walking Canelo down. Canelo was setting traps in the ropes, countering, and then circling back to the centre.
At no point did I ever feel that he was walking to the ropes and circling because he was being forced to by GGG. In fact, I seem to recall many instances in that fight where Canelo was setting a trap on the ropes and GGG was hesitant to engage. GGG also did not throw body shots because he was getting countered hard every time he tried to.
The second fight all but cemented that GGG did not have the ability to walk Canelo down, and it verified that the narrative created that Canelo was being walked down in the first fight as opposed to dictating where and when to trade was utter gibberish.
Canelo fought well in both fights and was the superior boxer in both. The fights were close only because Canelo's stamina is garbage.
