If you just go to share and embed it won't give you a huge resolution to start with like when you copy and paste from right clicking the video. I just figured that out the other day after posting a bunch of stretched out vids aah ok, thnx

right-click the video when it is playing... select 'copy embed code'... paste that code into your post... done!
