Is Lomachenko more skilled, talented, athletic and complete than Roberto Duran was?

Duran had like 119 pro fights and 16 losses. Motivated Duran was one of the best fighters ever. he was a lightweight able to win 147, 154 and 160 titles. Went distance with Hagler. I don`t know how many losses would todays fighters have if they fought so often. Probably much more than Duran had. How did he perform in his losses, and at what stage of his career? Sometimes even during a losing performance, great fighters should receive credit. Evander Holyfield's first loss to Riddick Bowe, was a great performance. Muhammad Ali's first loss to Joe Frazier, was another great performance etc Apart from Hearns, Hagler, Ray Leonard and maybe Iran Barkley no fighter can really claim to have beaten the real Roberto Duran. Lomachenko was is a great fighter, but he is a level below super great.

Consider this. Loma and Duran are the same height and have the same reach. Now imagine Loma up against Hagler.

Prime Duran would have beat the sht out of Lopez and make him cry in front of his daddy. Loma is one of my current favorites, but saying he's better or more complete than legit all-time greats is just ridiculous. Tired of threads like this.

There is no denying Loma has great athleticism and a complete skill set in and out done with impressive fluidities but is it as impressive as Duran's? Duran is probably the most complete fighter we have extensive footage of, he integrated offence and defence and back with the fluidity skill, intelligence and instincts of a Jedi warrior. How does Loma compare?Duran was better in my opinion and maybe the best lightweight ever. I can't imagine Loma lasting 12 rounds with the lightweight Duran. When he was lightweight champion he Koed just about all challengers.

Whether or not Loma is all those things compared to Duran is debatable, but I know I'd rather be Duran than Loma. Roberto at his best was something else.

Lomo is a very good fighter but Duran is better. Duran is an ATG. Duran's biggest problem was his lack of discipline. A motivated Duran was one of the best fighters ever.

Nope, Duran is a top 10 ATG. Loma is not even an ATG yet.
